I bought a birthstone necklace for my mother for mother's day. When I got it one of the stones was wrong. So I contacted customer service and when they finally got back with me they only offered me 20% back. They didn't even offer to fix it. You can see in the picture that stone 3 is green when it is supposed to be pink, like stone 2.
