Love your product.
I paid for the rapid 3 day delivery service for a mothers day gift. I knew the day I purchased my item that I would receive it a day late. I didn't expect a whole month to go by. Overall, I'm still waiting to be reimbursed for the delivery charge.

It was worth the wait

I like the product received, but I wish that the time frame between order and received was more explicit. Even though it is very nice, the product was a gift for someone and it arrived a lot later than I expected. I realize that it's a custom product and it takes time, but I wish that time was more evident when placing the order.

Messed up my order

I bought a birthstone necklace for my mother for mother's day. When I got it one of the stones was wrong. So I contacted customer service and when they finally got back with me they only offered me 20% back. They didn't even offer to fix it. You can see in the picture that stone 3 is green when it is supposed to be pink, like stone 2.
