Gross cheap plastic looking boots --- would not return $$$$$ --- nothing like advertised
Website states no hassle returns but that is not true either, I was told it would be cheaper for me to just keep them

The boots... nothing what they look like in the picture. I would never buy these, they look like something from the absolute cheapest place you can buy from... like plastic. I've been communicating with them for 3 months... best I can do is get $7 "credit" on their website. The boots were almost $50. No refunds. No returns.
Terrible customer service. I ordered 'beautiful leather boots' only to receive plastic boots. Accidentally clicked on a second pair of size 5 (I'm a size 10) and they wouldn't remove them from the order two minutes after I hit send. Said I should give them to a friend. What! Complete scam and I was out $150. Threw them in the garbage. Don't give them your money!
If I could give them negative stars I would! DO NOT order from here! Even if it's free! Horrible horrible experience! Took like 2 months to receive order and then it was not even what I ordered!
Now we are emailing back and forth like it's a game! I spent money on boots and shipping and shipping took too long and didn't even get what I ordered. Now they are emailing me offering me $5 coupon to order again! And they keep saying sorry you don't like it. I keep replying back. I even sent photos. It's not that I don't like it... I was sent something I didn't even order and waiting super long! What do they not understand! I want a refund or what I ordered! This is a scammer website! Don't be fooled! Here's what I ordered! Here's what I got! Wow...
I purchased some nice looking, deep brown "magic tape" shoes online for a total of $40.13 (included $7.99 shipping). I received them over two months later and they did not look like the shoes I ordered and the "magic tape" did not actually adjust to make the shoe fit. The company only agreed to a refund if I paid return shipping to China which would be at least 4X what I paid for the total order.
This is an update. I added the photo of the ugly boot they sent me. Photo 2 is what I ordered. I was not sent the style of boot I ordered. When trying to get the correct style, I wouldn't get a response. After numerous try's, I finally got a message back that their order info says they sent the right style. I sent photos and after a year of trying this is the best I can do. That's too help others not get ripped off by this shady company.
