The cosplay quality is incredibly low; threads coming out, bottoms and top are two different sizes, a piece broke during shipping, decals in wrong places/upside down. They say they offer refunds and returns but their "customer service" person refused to refund citing that nothing was wrong. They didn't even acknowledge the broken piece that I brought up multiple times. They also delete all negative reviews from their website and I suspect the positive reviews are fake. I can't overstate this enough; go literally anywhere else!

I ordered a product from them a month in advance. The order didn't process until after the day I was supposed to wear the costume. If you want something from this website you might as well order it several months prior, but even then, I don't know if it would arrive in time. Take in mind I paid for express delivery as well... Really bad processing and handling of orders

I really like my new Madoka Magica uniform. Skirt is really soft and good quality; better quality than some other cosplay skirts I own from other shops. The top is comfortable and has nice lace on it. It's accurate and I'm really happy with the purchase. Delivery shipped and arrived quickly and safely.

I really don't recommend this Cosplay Shop at all. I've ordered my Cosplay in October 2020 and since there was a problem with DHL they've sent my package back to them. I agreed with them to wait a little bit longer, to send it back to me. I was aware that due to the Pandemic it could take a little bit longer but i'm waiting several months, they didn't update me or anything, like they've forgot about my order. They offered me to re-sent it if i pay for shipping costs again. I've declined and asked them to refund my money or i'll claim a dispute on Paypal. Bad Experience, totally don't recommend! If you are searching for good Cosplay Shops i can recommend you Uwowo Cosplay or DokiDoki Cosplay.

If I could I would have given 0 stars. I ordered a brown wig with twintails and paid 24$+shipping for it. What I recieved was a totally different wig, purple and with a ponytail. Plus, the lucky bag cosplay I ordered came incomplete. There was no bow nor stockings, it was just a waste of their warehouse they try to sell you. Never buying again.

UPDATE: It seems they reshipped the wig. I'm waiting for it to come, then I'll edit the review, for now I'll add a star for their Customer Service.
About Violet's cosplay, it seems it never came with the other items in description, so I asked them to update it to make it coherent. Regarding the size, I don't wanna spend again time about it, I'll just sew it to make it smaller.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a costume 2 sizes bigger because their site states that the sizes are more catered towards Asians & it still didn't fit. I ordered a 150cm shirt & the one they sent was much smaller. They then told me I had to pay $130 to return the item. When I told I wasn't going to pay double what the item was worth just to send it back they told me to keep it & offered a measley 22% discount to purchase a new. I will not be ordering from them again. They are not reputable.

I ordered it to go watch a movie in cosplay with my friend i payed for faster shipping but it came a month later
The wig is crooked the middle is WAY off center so i cant wear it without it looking wrong

My daughter paid for a costume, plus express fee $68 with guaranteed arrival. Product arrived after Halloween. They will not allow me to return costume.

Bought 3 wigs early 2014. Coco (representative) GUARANTEED that if I paid for express shipping I would get it i on time. Of course I didn't! After I returned my package and constantly was emailing for months, they would sporadically reply and demand the tracking number even though I gave it to them each time. Even still I found their eBay (le-mail wigs) (wig-supplier is their previous website) Coco would email me only once every couple weeks reassuring I would get it soon, she was only passing time! Now it's too late for PayPal or my bank to do anything! Really disappointing!
I've bought from their ebay site since then and the only good thing is that most of the time they use their own stock photos and sometimes you can find bids on their products starting at. 99 cents.

The fabric of the bodysuit is too shiny, and it seems that the brand has no idea of how the human body works. At least with plus size options, the suit is completely formless.

Once your money goes through it's like you don't exist. And once my info on the site said the order was complete, I decided to watch the tracking number, only to find out the it doesn't exist or isnt working. Any further effort to contact the company was in vain. They don't respond via email, phone(which is a weird ". Com" message forward number) nor facebook. I understand shipping may take awhile, but that is no excuse to ignore the messages from customers when they come to find the tracking number isn't working. Especially on their site it says order COMPLETE

Excellent shipping, timely delivery and great quality product. The wig I got was $15 dollars (minus shipping) and easily matched the quality of another $60 dollar wig i own. Beautiful color and looks exactly like Hanji Zoe's hair from Attack on Titan.
