CAUTION: This company is a scam. They let you register, don't give you access to anything within the first 7 days of trial and then (when you think the registration was unsuccessful) suddenly start collecting. You can only cancel via the account, but they don't send an email with a password and the password reset doesn't work well either. If you try to cancel by e-mail, you are deliberately sent from pillar to post. After several complaints, no solution is offered and they continue to insist that the invoice must be paid. The positive reviews on the various websites seem to be fake. Often the reviewers have only posted 1 review. My advice: DO NOT do business with this company and stay far away from them.
Two or three weeks ago I subscribed for a very brief period to take advantage of your offer a free, power of attorney forms. I called within. I think a couple of days to cancel my subscription nonetheless, this month on my credit card I was charged $39.99 and if it were a regular subscription. I will pay that but want it canceled at least as of today. Raaiiba was very courteous, professional, and helpful when I called today. She is an asset to your company.

I was not able to down load or print my document since I had some space's blank on purpose, to be filled out later.
Since I was not able to do so I canceled the service. Canceling was very simple and easy.

Your title was misleading by saying free when after you jump through hoops and sign up for a FREE trial it still cost a dollar for the form I needed.

Old guys with bad eyesight do NOT do well with computers and can't remember what the right questions are when trying to find the answer to an issue. (1)Your format allows you to choose specific child custody areas, such as signing school absence, signing field trips, etc. but when you get to the letter itself all this is blank. (2) I was doing the letter for my brother, and it kept putting my name on the form. Eventually I just printed the letter after purchasing it for $40. And re typed in on my own word processor. This isn't what I had purchased for $40. Never again, Please remove me from your site.

Signed up to get a promissory note. Could not get your template to put in correct name for the borrower (which was probably my error as I am not very good with computers). Also promissory note not as detailed as I needed and did not see any way I could add clauses.

I found and used your website to make a bill of sale and print it out. Then I realized you will cost me $39.00 a month for that simple document. So I cancelled my contract with you. I just checked and so far it is active. :(

Free trial was great... I was checking to see if you had form I needed down the road. I cancelled the next day and it said I would get an email confirming the cancellation. I never received the email. So now I'm worried I'll be charged even though I followed directions and screen said cancellation was complete. Please send notice like it said it would. Christine was very helpful although I believe that Rocket Lawyer has given a script that requires agents to say Downgrade instead of Cancel and Refund, this caused confusion and I had to ask specifically if she was refunding the charges. But other than that she did a good job and was very pleasant to talk to.

I tried out the free service and cancelled the subscription. There needs to be a per contract fee instead of a subscription only setup. Then I would have given it 5 stars since i write a contract about 2 times a year.

I downloaded 1 template for an employee contract. Worked fine. Be careful and cancel the subscription in time. Else it will become very expensive. I must say; Rocket Lawyer handled my complaint very well.

I obtained a power of attorney document from this provider, and although the document was sufficient for a temporary POA, it does not include the language necessary from different courts and/or states. The document would be more legitimate and recognized by parties and/or organizations requesting such information.
