Bought a pair a Etonic golf shoes less than year ago. Top of shoe splitting open and feet getting wet. Though they have a one year warranty they won't pay for shipping to return the shoe (are they really going to analyze the shoes, as stated?). That's fine, but they should send a shipping label. That cost is about 50% of the cost of the shoe. Very disappointing to say the least. Shoes going to trash, as well as all advertising emails from Rock Bottom golf.
Shoes were a great price and good fit. I made an error when verifying my gloves. I thought MLG meant "Med Large Gloves). That actually meant Men's Left Glove. I ended up with the wrong size. Rock Bottom said it was my error and I would have to pay for return shipment which was more than the cost of the gloves. I gave the gloves away. Make sure you verify your order.
My home address as well as my email address were sold to marketing companies, as a I started receiving spam emails and magazines to my home that I did not sign up for
Order a new Taylormade M2 Driver and a refurbished GPS unit. When I received my package it contained a Cleveland Golf 3 wood and a Callaway hybrid. Returned the wrong clubs and still waiting to hear when I'm going to be getting what I actually ordered. This is the first time I have had a problem with an order, what I don't like is that I paid for this up front, the wrong material was sent but I have to wait for them to confirm that what I got wasn't what I ordered.
I will think longer before ordering anything more from this company.
After I ordered, I found several sites with lower prices, called to get price match and had not yet received shipping confirmation yet they refused to match the prices I had found. In addition, I was lucky the club arrived intact as the shipping box was literally destroyed. If you want them to honor their price match club be aware you must send them the information prior to placing your order. Rock bottom, not quite, though their price was still very discounted. On a positive note, they have an extensive inventory and shipping time was excellent
Took longer than expected and had to order twice. I expected a site that specialized in golf would be able to execute quite bit better.
I ordered the buy one get one free Srixon golf balls. Initially i selected 2, but when i got to checkout, it didn't look right so i increased it to 2. What i received was 3 dozen golf balls instead of four. I got two dozen at the one dozen price & one dozen at the full price. Ordering should have been easier. I feel like i was screwed out of a dozen golf balls.
The Taylormade RBZ clubs are great. A very nice looking set which includes the 3 and 4 hybrids which get 5 stars! However, 3 stars for Rockbottom golf. 5 days after I placed my order they lowered the price by 15%. I contacted them about them matching the price for me and they bluntly denied my request stating that the price was lowered do to a special promotion and not because of normal price drop. What?! Oh well, they lost a customer going forward.
Ordered a golf cart from Rock Bottom. Arrived as described. One month later it was advertised by Rock Bottom for $80 less. Be careful you aren't gypped.
Hi Dennis- We do have a price match policy if our price itself drops within 7 days. Unfortunately if it was a month old we would not honor a past price but we do always have the lowest prices that is our guarantee =) so whether you got it for a little more or a little less you received the lowest price at that time between us and our competitors.
It's a decent company but make sure u read everything about the item! Price was like a new one and didn't even come with headcover or wrench so really better off buying local
Very shortly after purchasing my bag cart, not only did the price reduce, but RBG offered a bigger discount for such a purchase. Instead of guaranteeing their pricing for 30 days (as most retailers do), RBG refused to do anything. After complaining, they relented with a small concession that was a fraction of what the price reduction with new discount should have been. Bottom line - timing is everything and RBG doesn't stand behind their own best pricing, a bad policy.
Haven't tried the club yet. I missed the nice, probably last, good day for delay of PO delivery that wasn't expected
Received my delivery as scheduled. However I thought I was suppose to receive 4 dozen golf balls as it was advertised buy 3 get one free. Only received 3. No I dont know if I entered everything properly or not but they were advertised buy 3 get one free.
Happy with how my situation was handled, but not happy I couldn't get a refund instead of store credit. Very selfish. Thank
Personally I'd like to be able to speak to someone on the phone when I have a matter at hand. I have been unsuccessful and all attempts.
So far the Cleveland Launcher XL Halo clubs seem to be great. That is the good. The bad is that I ordered them next day air shipping and it took two business get here. Had I known that, I would have used the free home in two option.

Golf shoes came in as expected along with head covers - But personalized golf ball message was very poorly done. Who ever did work should have at least looked at the way the messaged ended up. Kinda of a I Don't Care Type Of Worker Attitude!
I like the shoes and would buy them again but the soft spikes are falling apart. Could you send me some soft spikes to replace the defective ones?
For the most part the shopping experience was great except for the shoes were too small so I just wanted to exchange for next bigger size! But don't do exchanges so by the time the return went through and I received the store credit the shoes were no longer on sale
Shoes arrived with broken cleats. Rock Bottom did include 6 new cleats to replace the broken cleats. The broken pieces were just sitting in the box. Because more or going to break, they should have included enough cleats to replace both shoes, or replaced them before shipping. Some minor issue with UPS shipping, but not the fault of the seller.
They have good pricing, you can get good deals on items being discontinued or last years model. My biggest complaint is shipping…, all of my purchase have taken 2-3 days to ship it either UPS or USPS. I get my items about 10 days after I order it.
They have to get the items faster to the delivery service.

I do alot of research before buying a product. I knew exactly what I wanted but was sent a similar bag when the correct one I placed in my cart to purchase. RBG worked out a $25 lower price which I accepted but I still have the wrong bag. A long-time customer of Scratch (maybe 15+ years) & never had this happen before. Not sure I made the right decision to keep the wrong bag... my bad!
Only received half of order, went out of stock on one of the items. It is just too bad they went out of stock on the item I really wanted the other was just an add on to the purchase.
They reached out a couple of times to change colors, but every time I agreed they would run out of the other color.
Not a horrible experience, I have shopped with them before and will shop again in the future.
I purchased a Callaway driver from them under their 90 day thing and it had the wrong shaft. I then sent it back and they received it on dec. 30. Here it is 12 days later and finally I got store credit today. Frustrating it took so long and 4 emails.
