I understand and agree, as it appears more to be an issue of neglect and bad customers-service, then con-artists and subterfuge. there might be some good news; their president stated i were credited back on 3/7/11. so, order of 5th december 2010, credited back on 7th of march 2011, no explanation provided (at all), and only a response after i threatened to take further steps, after repeated emails. this is truly the first bad experience i ever had with any us-based company, and we do a lot of business with us-based companies. i will now contact our finance department and the credit-card company to verify. i will then inform them and this thread here, for the records. and then finally close this behind me as an experience richer and illusion poorer.
