Bought a chain upgrade, chain tool, some lube. Arrived as expected. Disappointed to have to use clip Master link. You sell nice chains and rivet tools but don't carry rivet links? Maybe supply "chain" issues? (Dad joke warning). Anyway, looks like no 520 DID links in stock when I ordered or called to ask a week or so later. Otherwise order filled as expected.

Time for a new battery on my old 2000 Honda Nighthawk 750. Decided to go lithium ion this time. When the package arrived, I was eager to get it installed. Upon unpacking, first impressions. 1. This battery is dimensionally smaller than expected and MUCH lighter. The provided foam pads made fitment in my battery box a non issue. 2. The battery came fully charged (the manual advised the check the voltage prior to installation) Once installed, the cranking power on this battery was far greater than my old lead acid predecessor. It was very obvious with how much quicker I was able to get my first fire up of the season going with getting my carburetors full of fuel and the bike to fire. Only a handful of rides since installation, but no issues yet. Hopefully years of service ahead.

Thanks for the quick turnaround on my order! Was relieved when I tried them on and they fit perfectly. My 9.5 inch hand measurement corresponded exactly to a size XL. Comfortable fit right out of the box. The video overview really helped me in making my decision.

As a new rider, I really didn't know sizes for gear and what I needed. After reviewing all of the product reviews and sizing information, I made my purchase knowing it could be returned if it didn't fit. My stuff shipped out, I was updated throughout the shipping process, and received all my gear quickly. Everything was as it should be. Good quality and obviously not reissued returns. Arrived on time, and fits my XXL jacket perfectly. No defects.

Replacing rear tire. Bought here for price, availability and Cycle Gear mounting and balancing. Arrived in good shape. Unfortunately a one day job as promised by Cycle Gear is now 3 days and holding as their balancing machine is broken and they "don't know what to do."

The Sedici Marco 2 jacket sizing is way off. I used the sizing guide furnished by RevZilla and bumped up a size to accommodate a hoodie in cold weather but to no avail. This bad boy is way too tight. If I wasn't partial to breathing I could probably zip it up, but decided not to risk it. The torso length also runs very short too. I prefer my jacket bottom to hit my belt loops area, not my belly button. As for trying to cross your arms, forget it. It has about the same range of motion as a straight jacket. I had high hopes for this, but am sorely disappointed.
