Everytime I need a product, ill go right to revzilla. They always have it, plus different options at a great price. I don't know how many last minute items I've gotten and they've shipped so fast, its unbelievable. I'm sure as I've typed this, they've packaged an item and some poor dude is sprinting to your house like it's a chick fil a sandwhich.
Shopping was super easy and helmet arrived sooner than anticipated. They had a lot of information on the helmet I wanted. It's always tough to know what you're getting when your buy something online, but this worked out well. Helmet is a little bigger than what I'm used to, so I plan to change my pads out. However, medium helmets and pads are out of stock everywhere

I'm very happy with the quality of the product. I'm disappointed in the customer service and lack of transparency on shipping. I ordered my product a week ago. I was told that I qualified for 2 day shipping due to my membership. The product arrived 1 week after I ordered it, which would have been fine…if that was the expectation. I reached out to customer service and was told " FedEx missed a scan" and the product was enroute. False. The scan showed that a shipping label was created not that the product was shipped. This isn't the first time I've be lied to by the customer service team. I like the company but am frustrated with customer service.

I loved shopping on your site. However, as a customer from outside the US, there are a few things you could do to improve my experience.
First, I made a single order for three items (helmet, jacket and gloves). They were shipped independently and of course arrived independently. This can be a nuisance for foreign shoppers, as couriers usually charge by the item (and size too). Sending all items in a single package would definitely be better, and it's what other sites (like Amazon) have managed to do quite well, albeit some hiccups.
Second, in this particular case I sent the products to a hotel I'd be staying in the States. Since obviously I didn't want things to arrive later than I'd be leaving, I shopped about a week in advance. But I also don't want to inconvienience the hotel by having them receive this quite big packages a week in advance. I tried contacting customer service by chat, and they told me that depending on which warehouse the items were in, they'd take between a day and a week to arrive.
So, I placed my order, and items arrived quite soon, and the hotel wasn't very happy about the space all these packages took for about a week.
These are all little details, which probably don't impact your daily operations, but they'd be nice to get.
Also, the products are great and fitment information was spectacular.

After buying a new bike, of course it needed some add-ons. They were easy to find on the Revzilla site and some of the product videos were really helpful. Everything arrived on time and well packaged.
Got two left gloves. Customer service was very nice but it has been awhile now and still no replacement has been received

I have been buying gear from Revzilla for years; so far all of my experiences have been positive. On the occasions when I need to exchange or return, they make it very painless. When I call on the phone, I get a juman promptly. My only complaint is about availability - of course this is probably not their fault, but due to supply chain issues (?).

I found boots that were like I was looking for. Unfortunately they were too narrow and my feet were squeezed. RevZilla provided a return label and I sent them back with no fuss.
I didn't expect it to take over a week to get to me, with both of us being in the continental US. That was a lovely surprise I got to discover AFTER I had paid for everything. Had I known, I likely would have gotten the same stuff for a similar price elsewhere and saved myself the wait.
That being said, the prices were comparable to everywhere else, and everything arrived in good condition
