I appreciate it when there is a notation for fitment, either way. Service was very fast. 2 days on the Stator, and just a few more for the Primary Chain Locking device. Everything is always spot on and great quality. Now all I have to do is remove the primary cases and git er done.

I ordered a replacement battery for my Honda PCX150. The first one came in good packaging, but the battery must have been dropped somewhere before shipping and bent one of the terminals. I returned this and ordered a replacement, but that arrived with damage showing in the packaging and the battery terminal was damaged on this one as well. This proved to be shippers responsibility. A replacement was shipped which arrived in the worst damaged packaging, but the terminal was intact and the battery was fine. I was billed twice and got one credit and was left with one unwanted extra battery. Overall, given the circumstances it was handled well and promptly.

This site was easy to use and overall has some great beginner products that u can't wait to use!

I received the part that I ordered within a reasonable amount of time but when I opened the box a part was damaged so I called up RevZilla and they told me to call the manufacturer. When I called the manufacturer and told them the problem they sent me the part that was damaged. I could have shipped the whole set back to RevZilla and they would have replaced it but I just needed one part of the set. Both parties were willing to help me out so I will continue to purchase from RevZilla.

I have ordered quite a bit from revzilla. Lots of things I am looking for instock. They are not always the best priced, but can normally get it to my door fast.

Obviously this was a hard to find part through Harley-Davidson as they could never find it for my bike that they fixed due to a wreck.

RevZilla had everything i was looking for and one item was on sale and the cheapest i found anywhere! Shipping was free and fast.

One $15 item was not shipped or received. When ask for a refund. I was expected to have pictures of when the box was opened shipping label etc. I'm using the products so no tags didn't realize it was missing ( order was shipped in separate boxes). So customer service was not what I expected

I really like the way the product has looked, but I have had trouble with the sizing. I did all the correct things to measure and the first pair of pants were too big and the second pair were too small. I am frustrated.

My gloves did not come in. I had one tracking number, I called and spoke with Bryce K., while talking to her she searched and found a different tracking number for me. Amazing
