I have purchased multiple times from Revzilla. They always ship fast and I haven't had an issue thus far. If I had one gripe it would be that they use FedEx as a shipping partner which I hate but other than that they are top-notch.

Once I had convinced the support agent that I wasn't lying, I was promptly shipped a replacement, but not given the return label I was told to use. It took several attempts and over a week before customer support was able to get me a return label.
When a retailer screws up my order, I expect more. A few dollars in "Zilla Cash" would have been a very nice gesture to make up for the extra delays and work on my part, or at least belief that I really did receive the wrong part. I've been a RevZilla customer for a long time.
