I have purchased multiple times from Revzilla. They always ship fast and I haven't had an issue thus far. If I had one gripe it would be that they use FedEx as a shipping partner which I hate but other than that they are top-notch.
Some of the products I was looking for are not carried or not in stock. Specifically, Ride-On Tire Sealant.
Ordering was as should be. Price was good. Rewards paid off, and had me return on fixed price item, from Shoei, and added more to order.
Took over a week for one of my items to ship, it took way to long.

Revzilla has great data on all the products they sell. The videos are very informative. They answer the phone with knowledgeable staff. Great outfit from which to buy your moto gear.

Items are ordered with them all being listed as in stock, but each item is shipped separately and on different weeks. If you are not in any hurry then don't worry, but if you are doing something like replacing gear that was stolen then plan on waiting a few extra weeks to be able to ride again.

Checked the fitting chart and ordered a size bigger just in case. Pants still didn't fit. Then found out they changed 10$ for return shipping. I'll be shopping Rocky Mountain from now on.

I received the wrong item, contacted customer support, and was then asked to provide significant proof. Once I had convinced the support agent that I wasn't lying, I was promptly shipped a replacement, but not given the return label I was told to use. It took several attempts and over a week before customer support was able to get me a return label.
When a retailer screws up my order, I expect more. A few dollars in "Zilla Cash" would have been a very nice gesture to make up for the extra delays and work on my part, or at least belief that I really did receive the wrong part. I've been a RevZilla customer for a long time.
They fit, but are slightly tight on my wide foot. But they are comfortable and feel good riding. Exactly what I was hoping for and even more at the price point. Though... Everything is more expensive by the day...anyway they are great
