Took way to long to get 3 weeks, then they didn't even deliver it to my house made me pick it up even tho I had the correct address, won't be shopping at rvzilla again, also the description is a very small picture you can barely see the product in the picture

They fit good but if your feet are wide might go up a size or maybe they are suppose to kinda fit tight around your feet for protection

I remember back when you would only have a max lead time of 2 days and if it was any longer they would apologize profusely. Ever since covid, lead times have been horrendous and customer service doesn't really care. I ordered a shock for my bike and it had a lead time of 2-4 days so I was expecting it to take the 4 days. After the 4 days my card got charged but it still didn't ship. I wrote RevZilla and they told me it was delayed because they didn't receive it yet (which isn't their fault), but the worst part is they wouldn't have told me if I didn't write them. They also said they would apply a $20 credit to my account as an apology, which either I never got or I can't use with RevZilla cash at the same time. I ordered it 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't even shipped even though they received it 3 days ago. You'd think they would prioritize a package that is already a week late. Next time I'm going to order from the manufacturer directly because I would already have it by now. Never using RevZilla again unless they're the only one to carry something.

I was very hesitant to purchase from the website because I was unsure if I would actually receive my product or not, I did receive my order and was so happy that it actually came. But after not even a week of riding the Velcro strap shredded like it had been weathered for 20 years

I live in Florida where it's hot and sunny a lot so I wanted to get a new lighter color mesh jacket. So I started looking on reveille. I found a white/light grey mesh sedici jacket. I watched the video and the video said the guy was 5'10" 190lbs with a 44"chest. I thought that's me almost to a t. I'm 5'10", 180 with a 42-44 chest. I questioned that they said it was a medium because i normally wear a large. And sure enough I get the jacket and it's too small! I knew I needed a large but listen to the video and got medium. Well now I have to wait, why because I had to send it back and now I'm waiting for my money back to order another jacket just the correct size. Now the lady I talked to was really nice and took off the $10 return label fee. But I'm still waiting. So really not super happy!

Ordered an Air Wave 4 jacket in medium since I couldn't find it in any local shops, especially in the lightest color way. Arrived, but turned out to be too large for me. Logged on to get an RMA and shipping label. Dropped it off at FedEx the same day it arrived. (I should've run out to see if I could still catch the driver!)

The disk brake pads were a bit too wide, requiring me so grind off a couple thousandths of an inch from each side. Otherwise they were great!
