I live in Florida where it's hot and sunny a lot so I wanted to get a new lighter color mesh jacket. So I started looking on reveille. I found a white/light grey mesh sedici jacket. I watched the video and the video said the guy was 5'10" 190lbs with a 44"chest. I thought that's me almost to a t. I'm 5'10", 180 with a 42-44 chest. I questioned that they said it was a medium because i normally wear a large. And sure enough I get the jacket and it's too small! I knew I needed a large but listen to the video and got medium. Well now I have to wait, why because I had to send it back and now I'm waiting for my money back to order another jacket just the correct size. Now the lady I talked to was really nice and took off the $10 return label fee. But I'm still waiting. So really not super happy!

I have been a customer for many years and recently ordered 2 full face helmets to replace my old and outdated ones (also purchased from RevZilla). The research and ordering process was painless and the new helmets were received timely and in perfect shape. I couldn't ask for more.

The folks there are totally awesome. Very helpful, and knowledgeable, and DON'T have the snarky attitude of "if you don't like the prices, go somewhere else!"

Ordering and shipping was fast. Glove quality seems good however one annoying thing to me is there is about 1/2 inch of extra thumb material at the end of each of my thumbs and to me the grip feels a bit slick. Will try to break them in doing some lawn care.

I ordered some motorcycle pants and sizing information for them was a little lacking but they are OK. Another item was a little slow to arrive but I wasn't in a hurry so no biggie.

So I've now purchased a few things, had the shipper drop the ball and revzilla quickly stepped up and shipped another. Ive experienced returns and customer service was great to deal with and promptly refunded. Revzilla is a blessing to deal with. Thank you Team at Revzilla!

There was a problem with the warehouse that kept the oil from shipping. I had to contact the help desk twice and the second time they notified me that the item was out of stock despite what the website showing it in stock

I've just recently gotten into riding motorbikes and got some cheap $60 modular helmet off Amazon, which did what it said it would but was extremely claustrophobic and just generally low quality.
