I tried to order a helmet. Received three different stories after sitting on hold for 30 minutes each time to talk to a "representative ". Will never order from RevZilla again. Avoid at all costs. I will also be notifying everyone in the Reiter group, so I'm a part of to avoid RevZilla for any other transactions.

I was looking to find some cold-weather gear and I did. I was a little concerned with sizing online, but that is pretty much any online shopping I do. When I received my items, I tried them on hand, was extremely happy with the way everything fit and the look. This is overall been an amazing experience like always.
Ordered helmet April 25 with $21.00 2-Day Shipping. Helmet not picked and shipped by RevZilla until May 4 (nine days). Order arrived, after weekend, on May 8. Total of about 14 days. Don't think I'll pay the extra shipping in the future. Will still buy from RevZilla.
