I purchased the HJC C91 helmet. It looked great out of the box. It was ordered based on the sizing chart that is on the site. Due to past helmet purchases on-line, I ordered a size bigger due to the review stating that they ran small. Most definitely ran small. I ended up ordering the next size bigger cheek pads, which put it twice what I had already had in a helmet, and it is still a bit tight getting on past the "collar". I will keep it in mind for the next time.
After my wife and I went on our first out of state "bike" vacation, I found that the OEM windshield on the R1250GS did okay, but at different times I found a bit of buffeting and it to be a little noisy. So I opted to try the Puig touring windshield and support brackets to see if there would be a noticeable difference. I usually ride with my windshield in the fully raised position, so I went with the one that would be the height of mine raised. After installing, (was not bad at all to install), I found in the short ride that I did, noticeably less buffeting and a quieter ride. Still had a little air coming in around the body, but definitely better. I did find that in the fully raised position, it was right at my sight level. Had to lower it a little to be able to look over. I'm 5'8" if that helps in sizing up the unit.

Due to a glitch with the website I ordered the wrong color helmet even though the picture on web page showed the correct color. I didn't catch the woman's name that helped me with my return, but she was exceptional in the process. Because of her over the top customer service I didn't have to reschedule my MSF course.
My experience in perchasing a helmet with RevZilla was great the only thing is the helmet is not designed in the way I would like, more low profile like smaller shell less padding the way it sits on my head know I feel like I'm wearing a umbrella.

I always buy parts with you guys but I bought a gas cap for my Yamaha R1 and it was the wrong shade of blue, I contacted you guys and you basically said to send proof and even then since it's a universal piece you probably won't accept an exchange. I will think twice before purchasing again.

I absolutely love my new helmet! It fits wonderfully and is so pretty! However, I do wish that there was a video of it since the colors on the dream catcher does change depending on the light. Just from the photos it looked like a golden-brown color. While the actual helmet is like the scorpion paint that changes from purple, green, pink and brown. Still a great helmet, just would have liked a better representation of it on the website.
