Easy to work with and pump arrived in a few Dey's in good shape. M as y I make a suggestion, don't ship pumps wit oil in them. If there is spill during shipping, it's a big headache you don't need. People who buy pumps have pump oil.

My experience was just perfect. The PDA-3000 was perfectly packaged. PDA-3000 turned on and connected to my chromeleon software perfectly. I haven't connected peek tubing yet but I'm sure that will be perfect also.
