The customer service does not help the customers, no way you can receive reimbursement to cancel even 1 day after. I hope nobody fell into their claws. I had never used it and it has been a problem to get back my money
My wife loves this program. She is using it on my phone and she even sometimes shows me some exercises that are easy to do because I can not stand for a long time. Worth the money. She is eating healthy, makes me healthy dinners and she is happy!
At first they denied my refund request, however, when I was able to show them their terms of requesting refund, they were very helpful. Caroline in particular did a fantastic job of keeping in touch with me and getting my refund expedited. Very much appreciated all her help!
Absolutely love this program! I've tried so many programs, but I love this one. I like the structure of having meals spelled out for me everyday. Besides losing weight, I have much more energy and don't crave sugar like I used to in the past. I also like the focus on tracking steps every day. I've become too sedentary since I retired and this tracking keeps me motivated. So positive in so many ways.
When viewing the videos/informaion for this weight loss plan, I was encouraged to see that they appeared to be really looking at the obstacles for women losing weight. They were taking into account cortisol and other hormones. I liked the idea of some individual coaching and support. I joined but very quickly realized that there was little room for substitution (such as flour and sugar which I do not eat), very small portions and finally not enough health fats. Healthy fats and protein is what keeps us full. I emailed them within 24 hrs stating that this was not the plan for me. I received a generic email back offering more months for free (why would I want something free when I don't even use it now) clearly they did not read my email. I have tried again to get a refund-- the product is not for me based off of my dietary approach and I am not changing what has worked for my medical health because they claim I will lose weight. Shame on them for not offering a refund.
I was unhappy with the diet plan because based on the survey questions I was expecting a diet that didn't have wheat, dairy, and eggs, as I am allergic.
First day, for breakfast the menu was TOAST and EGGS and the alternatives were pretty much the same. Many of the recipes were for 4 servings! Nobody wants to eat my diet food.
I was very unhappy. So I contacted them and they said I would NOT get a refund.

Scam! Charged me and would not refund. I did not sign up for a subscription and got a $38 charge on my statement. I did not authorize or sign up. The customer service is a non responding rep online. Got nowhere. Going to the bank.
30-day money-back guarantee is simply not true. As I did not have the opportunity to explore the app before purchasing or receiving a trial, I trusted the money-back guarantee; otherwise, I would not have subscribed so quickly. Simply dont waste your money on this app
I didn't mind 'trying' the app for £15 for 1 mth. Was interested in the Pilates which was ok. It auto renewed for £38, more than a gym membership! Ripped off. I would not want 2 mths of this app it's not good enough. No message to say it would auto renew. Scammers.
The app has been malfunctioning for a week. Miraculously it wasn't working in time for me to cancel my subscription. So I got charged for multiple months while I had a complaint open with them. Of course, they aren't going to give you a refund. They told me they would but then withdrew that. I just kept getting a message that they're very sorry this isn't the outcome that I wanted when they didn't give me the outcome they told me I could have. The messages felt like they were generated from AI. Totally frustrating and shows no integrity. So I have a nice broken app that I am paying for. It wasn't that great when it was working.

I've have - after struggle - been told that the subscription fee will be reimbursed, but it could take 10 working days. I will believe it when I see it.
I requested to cancel this within a day of taking it out. The app has been deleted and never used. I have emailed the company numerous times now regarding this issue and they kept replying trying to offer me something else. I was then charged again but they refunded that one and cancelled the subscription however they still haven't refunded me the original charges. They are now saying the time has lapsed and I won't get my money back so I have basically paid for something that I requested to cancel within 24 hours and never used! Yet another company that wants to swindle you into a subscription and refuses any refund if you want to cancel!
A month's subscription does not mean a month. It means they'll take your money for subsequent months without notice. And they won't refund. They are unscrupulous in their practices, collecting money for a service you have not agreed to extend.
The programme itself is simply healthy eating but doesn't promote weightloss, and the app is so flawed it's laughable.
You won't find any negatives of note on their Facebook community as all posts have to be admin approved and they'd rather email answers than post things they don't like.

Their Auto Renew policy is an unfair contract term, and if they were at all concerned about their customers they would remind them prior to renewal to enable them to cancel. By taking the money out of my account with no warning they have left me in serious financial difficulty, struggling to afford food for a plan that is basically not worth it. When I raised this with them, they make pathetic offers of lifetime membership for free (worth £399, apparently), but cannot refund me the initial sum. I already have a life threatening illness and this companies uncaring attitude has made it much worse.
I joined (my error) last night and within 3 minutes realized I joined the wrong program and messaged them immediately. After numerous messages and they kept offering me incentives to stay I said no. They said they'd get back to me within 24-48 hours. They just emailed me telling me how lucky I am that they'll only charge me 50% and give me lifetime access. No, I want my money back. I don't want to be associated period with a company who is this unethical. Horrible service. My husband is an attorney and said this is unethical practice and he will get involved next.
This company is a shell of an plan aimed at collecting auto-renewal fees they fight tooth and nail not to refund. "Recipes" are simple (eat toast with avacado or berries with yogurt) to unappetizing (salmon on scrambled eggs) but definitely NOT low carb as promised (toast, pasta or potatoes with most). Not worth the money you'll never get back.
I was excited to find a highly rated program through Forbes. Everything looked and sounded great until I purchased the 6 month program. Please note that you can't see anything until you download the app and there is no free trial period. Once you open it, you are toast. The recipes are limited. You can't "swap"
Foods as easily as you think. There isn't a scanner to help with tracking. When you ask for a refund, you get a continued sales pitch of "well, we can give you this or that" instead of a refund. The most they would offer me was 50% back. This is a scam and they should not be allowed to sell their product anymore.
I purchased this app thinking it would help with Menopause weight gain...absolutely useless and a gimmick to get you to sign up.

Answer: I think they sit very close to scammers - they do post content but they do not care about the actual people who try to use their product.
