They took my money then ghosted me. Don't order anything from this company unless you like paying for things that you'll never receive.

Bought a product over a month ago - they charged my cc and never delivered.

I sent five separate emails to customer service asking for status or for a refund - never got a single response.

This site looks legit - but beware - Don't let these people trick you and steal your money!

My order is now ten days late. In stock my … I should have read the reviews before ordering my mistake. I now don't believe they have any stock whatsoever. This so called company takes your order then they try to find your merchandise. I have sent three messages with no response, no phone number that I can find. My question now is why does the BBB let this scam to continue. I will not shut up and go away I want my money or my order. This is the first complaint I have ever wrote.

I ordered a pair of premium wireless headphones from them, no shipment received. No customer service. Avoid!

I never received my item and tried to contact them numerous times but it took them several months to reply and tell me the order was shipped. According to the tracking company, the order was shipped to an unkown warehouse as a final destination.

I ordered a toy early December, and it took a while for shipping. Eventually it arrived by Christmas Eve but then it was too late, as I had already ordered an alternate elsewhere. I requested a refund and was told there was a 60-day return policy, but then the emails were always the runaround. I could never actually get the return process. Do not order from here!

The Retail Market is a FRAUD! After placing my order the payment was imediately withdrawn from my account. The site says Free shipping in 5 to 8 days. I checked the order status after 5 days and the status said Slightly Delayed. I conctacted customer support for additional status and received no response. After many days with no response I asked that the order be canceled. It's been over a month sinice I placed the order. The order has not been shipped or canceled.

I ordered $97 of shampoo on November 21; it is December 15 and it still hasn't arrived. I sent emails to inquire; no response.

Avoid them at all costs. They never processed or shipped my order. They never refunded my $60. They never returned my emails or messages. There is no phone number and no contact.

I placed an order on 11/18/23, and the auto confirmation I received noted 5-8 days delivery. No subsequent email included any shipping info or tracking number. It is now 12/5/23, and no order has arrived. I've emailed and contacted the company through their Contact Us option on the website 4 times so far. With NO RESPONSE. Still no tracking info or delivery. No phone number noted on the website to call either. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
