I was able to create my resume easily. It was updated. Beautiful, and it even had my picture. I put a lot of time into this only to be asked to pay for the privilege of downloading my work?!
At that point who wants to try and start over? So I paid the minimal fee, grudgingly. This was a wonderful resource but the less than stellar bait and switch makes me not want to come back. I dislike companies that are not to upfront about their pricing. That tells me that either to don't think your service is worth the price you're asking. Instead, they wait until a potential client has invested their time and the hold their finished product hostage in we exchange for a small fee.
