Restore Disks

Ordered the restore disks on Tuesday and received the disks on Saturday. These are a life saver as it is almost impossible to obtain the recover DVD's any longer. The recovery was simple and straight forward. They supplied detailed instructions on how to recover the PC's. Definitely recommended!

HP told me the "Pavillion" Laptop was obsolete and they no longer supported it. That included "no recovery disks".
I called "RestoreDisks" but did not leave a message. Ordered the "Pavillion" DVD"s anyway. For $26, not much to lose.
A bit later, a nice young lady called me back from the company in response to my phone calla asking how they could be of service. She looked up my order I had placed on line and said I should have the disks soon. That turned out to be the very next day.
End of story, Laptop is back and running like it did when it was brand new.

Ordered a set of recovery disks for my HP-150. They were sent out promptly, and I received them within 5 days. Before they arrived, I found my existing disks, so I had no use for them. I contacted RestoreDisks.com, they gave me an RMA number and I promptly sent the package back. They promptly refunded my money to my PayPal account. I gave them 5 stars because refunded me the money even BEFORE they received my return. I followed up via email immediately after sending the package, and they responded they would apply a full refund within 24 hours despite not having received the package yet. I thought that was excellent customer service.

As for the quality of the product, I have not real comment since I never tried it. However, since I found their customer service was excellent, I can only assume the quality of their product would be equally excellent.

First I'm 70 years old and by no means computer savvy, but thanks to youtube and the times we live in you can get a lot of information. My computer hard drive failed. I installed a new drive but I didn't have recovery disk. I contacted HP but they couldn't help. Did some research and decided to get my recovery disk from restoredisks and I'm so glad I did. They arrived in three days. Following the instructions I installed all 4 disk and I the matter of hours my HP Pavilion g7-2281nr was up and running.
