ReStockIt

I bought 10 boxes of paper towels and received 8. I tried to send an email and no reply. Today April 23 I called customer service and explained my situation. The customer representative told me that they delivered 8 boxes and that 2 were missing. A credit would be given for the 2 boxes that were not delivered. I just received an email that stated that 8 boxes were received by Oscar, our warehouse manager. In addition, 1 box was received by Flores. This person does not work in our warehouse and we don't know who he is. How can customer service provide information that does not agree with the information being confirmed in an email?

As I wrote Karen Katz, on 2/28/25: in completing my order for a 2025 desk calendar for $6.30 on your site, there were no listed shipping or tax charges. Once I submitted the order, it was received and completed as a $20.82 charge. This seems like a deceptive practice. If your company is interested in developing loyal customers, I would recommend that all charges be listed and obvious before submitting an order. Convenience and delivery were otherwise good.

I just started using ReStockIt about 2 years ago. They have excellent products, great pricing, and they have been very fast with shipping! I will keep ordering from them.

A pleasure doing business restockit. I would certainly due business with them again. Product is great. Delivery was also pretty quick. The whole buying process was a good experience. A little more expensive than other places but product works better and last longer.

Overall, my experience with ReStockIt was good. I had an issue with my delivery, but their customer service resolved it efficiently. The support team was responsive, and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I appreciate their effort and would consider ordering again.

I had been having problems with packages being damaged when delivered and missing items. Customer service responded immediately and shipped replacement boxes to fulfill my order. I was on a time crunch with having the supplies available for a truck show.

The person was very kind and helpful he said it would be here on a certain date and he was on the money

Been a ReStockIt customer for many years. Products arrive when they are supposed to on the autoship program.

The bright colored magazine holders seemed more bolder than the ones one Amazon. However, placing one or two items in a holder makes it tip over. I'll figure it out.

Restockit is dependable reliable and efficient. I Have never had a problem with an order. It arrives within the time frame I expect. I will continue to buy from Restockit.

Used Seventh Generation recycled paper products many years ago, and am glad to have found them on ReStockIt. Delivery was quick and I will place more orders in the future.

The shipping seemed to be particularly high for essentially 2 decks of cards. But overall, the experience was good.
