FOR MANY YEARS I HAVE FAITHFULLY PURCHASED MY PAPER PRODUCTS AND OTHER SUPPLIES FROM ReStockIt. DURING COVID WE ALL CUT BACK. BUT JUST A FEW WEEKS BEFORE I PLACED MY LAST ORDER I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM YOU SHOWING HOW MANY REWARD POINTS I HAD. WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER AND TRIED TO USE THE POINTS THEY WERE NOT AVAILABLE. NOW IT SHOWS ONLY WHAT I RECEIVED FROM THAT ORDERED. DISAPOINTING NOT BEING ABLE TO USE THOSE REWARDS AFTER TAKING YEARS TO EARN.
I bought 10 boxes of paper towels and received 8. I tried to send an email and no reply. Today April 23 I called customer service and explained my situation. The customer representative told me that they delivered 8 boxes and that 2 were missing. A credit would be given for the 2 boxes that were not delivered. I just received an email that stated that 8 boxes were received by Oscar, our warehouse manager. In addition, 1 box was received by Flores. This person does not work in our warehouse and we don't know who he is. How can customer service provide information that does not agree with the information being confirmed in an email?
The bright colored magazine holders seemed more bolder than the ones one Amazon. However, placing one or two items in a holder makes it tip over. I'll figure it out.
INCORRECT DESCRIPTION CAUSED ERROR IN MY ORDERING... CAUSING ME TO ORDER A RETURN AWAITING AANY INFO ON RESTOCKING CHG AND RETURN FREIGHT
Fed ex delivered to the wrong address. Luckily I was able to retrieve it.
Very high delivery fee. Will try not buy from this vendor in the future for that reason.

I didn't even know I used the pen on the paper and the delivery is so quick and fast. The pen is amazing.
They were great, and really quick! And I feel better that they are the length of the bed and I know my husband's legs can't fall off

My experience with Restockit has been good to date. My only concern has been the online chat, the response to issues is poor. Apparently the best service response is via phone.
I ordered the boxes, but they didn't get delivered as they were supposed to. But, your customer service went above and beyond and had them reshipped. Thanks so much!
I have an (A-Z tabs) that have been shipped since 2/3/25. What is taking so long? If they are here, why didn't you let me know. There is no problem with the notebook, it works fine.
I like to have a real person to facilitate my order and they do that.
