I had a delivery issue with my third order from Reserve Bar that was not the fault of the company. I messaged them and got a response very quickly. They refunded my order immediately and were very gracious about the issue. Not only does this company have a nice variety of products, but they can also be relied upon to give great customer service - something that seems to be lacking these days. Their professionalism has made me a loyal customer.

Would be nice when ordering if you could add a delivery update. I live in an apt basement and 1st 2 deliveries were attempted to front door of house, so I had no idea they were here. I just happened to be outside with my dog on the 3rd attempt.
Checkout experience and everything was fine, but once shipped I was told the bottle would be shipped via temperature controlled delivery. Unfortunately it was mailed from Florida to California in July via UPS Ground. The bottle didn't appear damaged but only time will tell.
Availability of products
Got lots of e mails claiming to have links to Fed Ex tracking number. They did not work, routing me instead to the ReserveBar website., Then got an email claiming the order had been delivered when it was not. Very difficult to get any hellp from ReserveBar on line or on the phone. Finally I called an executive at the firm and they followed up well after that and all items were delivered. Their automated system did not work, but their people responded after I got them engaged.
Order was not delivered on the date promised. The item was received 3-4 days late.
The liquor store I placed my order with had to order from ReserveBar.
Something strange going on here. I've ordered from this company in the past but lately they can't seem to get it right. One of my most recent orders came with a flyer in the box promoting another online sales company. They seemed shocked that the other company would do that. Unfortunately it was at that point that I realize that they don't have the inventory they claim to have. The last time I tried to purchase from them was in ordering a limited edition ($500) bottle. I was very excited that they had it. Long story short, they did not have it. I waited two weeks and never received my bottle. They explained it was the retailer that they work with that dropped the ball. That's not my problem, I ordered from your company. They quickly refunded my money. But I'm doubting I will be doing anymore ordering from them. I can simply go to the supplier they use. Whom I've ordered from before.
