I ordered 6 jars of Joint Relief when there was a sale for Black Friday and never received. No response to two or three emails to the company. Got it from Amazon instead.

I have been using this company for years buying their turmeric. I buy for my grandson and daughter in California also under the same email. I ordered for my daughter on December 27th and a week later they sent me an email asking if I was selling their product. First of all, their product is not cheap enough to resale. I sent them an email saying I was buying for family members. Since then I have not heard from them again even though I sent them numerous emails asking where my product or a refund was. They will not answer my emails, On January 12th, I reported this to my credit card company. They are now trying to resolve this problem. I will not trust or buy from this company again.
