I needed a new swivel catch and spring for the upright handle and connecting hose assembly
I went online to your website and found a blowup of the assembly. I called your phone number and confirmed with the rep that this was the correct item for my Dyson
I ordered two swivels and one spring
They arrived in a couple of days and I put them in the assembly and everything is back to normal

The service was fast and provided the correct part as ordered. However, due to my inexperience, I ordered the wrong part, the electric motor for a string trimmer. The battery was the problem, but I assumed it to be the motor because the battery was providing the correct voltage. If you think you have an electric motor problem, first check the amperage output, as that could be the problem. Either way, the string trimmer is back in business.

I ordered replacement gasket for my
Canner and received it almost immediately. I replaced the old one and it works like a new charm.

We recently bought a house that was about 20 years old. Apparently, the exhaust fan\light lens in the master bath had been scorched. Probably from using a bulb that was of a higher wattage than recommended. I tried the local builders supply with no luck. I then went online had found ereplacementparts.com. I found the part and ordered it. It arrived earlier than expected and its a perfect replacement! Great web site and prices! Thank you!

The replacement seemed to be everything I needed, until I tried to install it. The lower peg that pops it into place has a new base that raises it basket up about 3/16" from where it should be and didn't allow for the basket to snap close. Also the upper ring of the basket has a much thicker piece on the molding that locks the basket into place, your replacement is missing this. I was able to file the added material on the lower base to make the basket fit correctly into the holes but the basket will only stay in place if I put a bungee cord around the entire pot. It'll probably work but definitely not what I was expecting. If you'd like a picture or two to completely understand what I'm talking about, please feel free to contact me. I'll have to take them.
It looks great, but sadly not a direct replacement.

Ordered a discharge shute from replacementparts.com and the part fit great. If i need any other parts i will order from them
