I needed a frame for the grass catcher bag for my new Honda mower. Couldn't find it in the stores, so went to websites. Of the few that seemed to have the right one, this site was the best for helping make sure I was ordering the correct item. The price was comparable to or better than most of the other sites, and the delivery time during these days of shortages and transport issues was very reasonable.
I have used this service twice. Once for new mulching blades for one riding mower and a new spindle pulley for the other riding mower. Both orders were fulfilled and delivered faster than through a local repair shop parts distributer. And, the parts were easy to order on line and cost only a few dollars more than what the repair shop would charge. Very satisfied with their sales and service and plan to use them again in the future when needed.
I ordered a replacement top a week before Thanksgiving. It stated that it would be delivered way after Thanksgiving but to my surprise, I received it a few days before. I was so excited because I was able to make my crockpot mac n cheese.
I am upset because my order was canceled and not by me and my money was refunded. I received an email saying I ask for a refund and my order canceled per my request. I did not request a refund and my money refunded. I don't understand how this happened but I wanted my my parts.
I ordered an oil fill tube assembly and the dipstick o-ring for a Cubcadet SC100 lawn mower. The o-ring was not in stock and the company did an excellent job of keeping my informed via email. After a couple of months, I emailed the company to cancel the o-ring part and send the oil fill tube assembly. Never heard from them. The parts finally came in and shipped to me. The oil fill tube assembly was perfect. The o-rings were the wrong size. Even the o-ring in the tube assembly was incorrect. I informed the company of this and again, never heard back from them.
Got the trimmer up and running after receiving excellent repair parts. Will use again. Too bad USPS can't deliver within their own delivery date.Had to wait three extra days to dig into the repairs.
We recently bought a house that was about 20 years old. Apparently, the exhaust fan\light lens in the master bath had been scorched. Probably from using a bulb that was of a higher wattage than recommended. I tried the local builders supply with no luck. I then went online had found ereplacementparts.com. I ordered two swivels and one spring
They arrived in a couple of days and I put them in the assembly and everything is back to normal
The service was fast and provided the correct part as ordered. However, due to my inexperience, I ordered the wrong part, the electric motor for a string trimmer. The battery was the problem, but I assumed it to be the motor because the battery was providing the correct voltage. If you think you have an electric motor problem, first check the amperage output, as that could be the problem. Either way, the string trimmer is back in business.
I called and got a helpful representative! Part was delivered quickly! I recommend this company for replacement parts.
