Ordered 3 batteries which never arrived, emailed and fobbed off with false tracking numbers and when one worked actually stated in a sortign hub of another country weeks before.
Ordered a genuine Samsung Tab Battery, and received a not fitting clone - cannot return as Lithium batteries are prohibited via RoyalMail and Aviation rules unless posted in device! Paypal then side with seller as no tracking and postage information can be supplied! No in receipt of a faulty lithium battery and unable to send back for a refund - also the chinese company will not pay for return postage - even when its there fault - NO BUYER PORTECTION - AVOID.
I ordered a battery on the assumption to buy it in England. After 4 weeks nothing received. Upon inquiry you always get the same standard answer. ITEM WAS SEND "date" and blah blah blah. Later I discovered that it was shipped from China and still had import duties and VAT to pay. About 42% extra. Almost the price of an original battery and that for a chinese counterfeit battery.
So far the amount of 46.18 € + 1 € = 47.18 € (paid 20-01-22) has not been returned to me after the cancellation of my order *******. Stll waiting for your responce since your email at 20/02/12 by Tincy | Customer service Dept.

Just received a replacement laptop battery. Packaging - extremely secure, foam, bubblewrap., strong box and completely taped. Working perfectly - I had been down to 15 minutes power without mains connection, and immediately showed 2hours and still only 85% charged. I had e-mailed because the package had not arrived after 16 days and received a polite reply suggesting flight cancellations in the world pandemic had delayed transit. It arrived after 20 days. Ordered a laptop battery which states delivered by royal mail 3 to 5 days been 23 days still waiting fell into the trap of uk company which have not found out its not, no idea if and when I will get battery.
It's advertised as a UK based supplier - this is mis-selling.
Only the website and the Union Jack are British, all the rest is Chinese.
They claim Royal Mail as the delivery partner with 5-day delivery lead time - that is all lies. - this is coming from China.
Didn't receive my item yet. When contacted the seller for an update the response comes in CHINGLISH and I did not get the answer to the question I raised.

As others have mentioned this website is based in China where batteries cannot be returned from the UK by any courier company. The UK registered website has no UK based address to return orders. Be very careful if you order from this company as contacting this company is nigh on impossible. The online chat is always offline and the email server down/misconfigured so email isn't possible.
I bought a battery in error and had to ask PayPay to make contact with the seller using an email not displayed on the corporate website. Once contact was made with the seller I was repeatedly asked to return the battery to a Chinese address even after I informed them this wasn't possible from the UK. I'm now £50 down with no means of filing a RMA.
Battery provided is below standard, probably a fake as the battery life is less than 50% of what's expected. Tried to contact the company at least 6 times but they stopped responding to emails. Avoid this company if you want a quality product!
Do not touch them. Comes from China took mine about 3 weeks. Product was misdicribed and faulty and would only replace/refund if I sent it back to China at my cost.
Trying to e-mail is awful. They don't fully read your emails. They are not legible due to bad english and they work on thier time-zone.
Not to mention I got hit for non standard currency as they actually process as yen
After a big fail buying a battery replacement for my laptop on another website, I wrote first to the customer support of this one. I can tell you that they're not from England, they're just cheapy chinese. Additionally, my email contained the exact model I needed and they still asked me to send them photos about my computer and battery. Really useless.
