System is lacking the ability for the renter to remove erroneous information. 1) Miscellaneous applications for apartments. 2) Renters lack the feeling that their personal information is secure. Anyone in the apartment business can access a renter's information including bank information.

My daughter and family looking for home to rent. This comes to us sounds good Zillow does the same. But rentcafe charges for every listing you apply, plus pet rent and deposit. The worst thing though was application cancelled and no one called to say why. That's $150 for three adults they got, yes me too, no place no answer. Register your pets as emotional support can save rent we are told so am glad they didn't want us.
