I started this program a month ago. When i received my 2nd dosage of medication it was the WRONG dosage. I have called 6 time in the last 3 days. They give you the run around and say oh i am really sorry. I will have someone call you back. They never call back.
This company's conduct is criminal and they should be immediately shutdown and criminally charged, unfortunately with the orange a$$hole that will never happen! This company is the type of scam he wishes he was smart enough to pull off, thankfully my credit card company stood by me and refunded my money! I sympathize with those who have been screwed by this company peddling fake, non FDA approved medication and trying to present themselves as a legitimate medical organization. Stay as far away from Remedy Meds as you can, you very well could be putting your life in danger using their supposed medication not knowing what you are even taking! It is criminal the way they are preying upon desperate people!
After having unusual reactions to my first 3 injections, I requested contact with a medical professional. In response I received an email promising a medical professional would be in touch within 24 hours. Four days later I repeated my request. Three days later, I again repeated my request. Each time I received a canned email promising the same thing and suggesting I reach out to "customer care," the same department I was exchanging emails with. When preparing the 4th injection I discovered the vial was shorted. I was sold 40 units yet received 33. Upon multiple requests for a 25% refund I was told they required "photographic proof" of said shortage. Obviously this is impossible. I canceled my account after being treated in an undignified manner, no contact with medical professional, and my money basically stolen. RemedyMeds preys on people who are desperate to lose weight. I seriously question if what I was injecting was semaglutide at all. I never heard from a medical professional.
Wish i found all the bad reviews sooner. I signed up for tirzepatide and first month was great. Second order they mixed it with B12 and i had a bad acne breakout. 3rd order i received an email that order was behind. Etc etc. after some more research it turns out this is a common issue. I then sent them a message that i will cancel if order is not shipped. Next day i get an email that its shipped and they gave me a tracking number. Tracking number has no data when clicked on it. Just canceled.
Updated: after posting reviews on here and TrustPilot, I received a email with a bribe to my TrustPilot review. I was told I received $75 back and would get the remainder of my refund after I removed the TrustPilot review. Do NOT trust this company.
I was charged twice within 2 weeks of starting. When I reached out, I get incoherent replies to questions I've never asked. I've never had worse customer service.
This is my accurate experience and on par with what you could likely expect. I was a customer previously. Signed up to start my subscription again after a 1.5 month break. They had no problem billing me $299 immediately and scheduled my appointment with a doctor. Remedy med customer service said I did not have to complete the questionnaire when I asked and explained I started to do it online but the questions being asked on the questionnaire were about me being currently on the medication. Wasted appointment with doctor who said could not do appointment with no questionnaire. I called customer service to explain. They said just fill in the best you can do the refill questionnaire which I did immediately and the scheduled me the next available appointment. I got on the next available appointment slot. I logged in on time and waited 13 minutes. No one ever came on to do the virtual visit. I called remedy meds back. This process has been horrible to be honest. They offered me $25 credit for my inconveniencebto which I said no thank you. I would rather leave my honest negative review of my experience. I think I understand the hustle, if they can delay long enough they can bill another 299 because it's on auto pay on a date not exactly correlated to time you may need the refill and only allowed or supposedly allowed for refills after 3rd dose which the date can get pushed out with the virtual visit and answering the questionnaire truthfully. I am just disappointed. I work in healthcare and outright angry.
I turned 75 in November this year, four months ago I started medication on remedy meds. Sent in my refill request 5 days ago, and was told today I can't get the meds cause I'm 75 years old. I never would have started this if I was told this upfront. I just started to loose the weight and now I have to find another way to get my medication. My doctor will give it to me, but he's away for the holidays so I'm up a creek so to speak
I had my first appointment in early January 2025. 2nd appt. Never happened & was charge $399 no refund was issued. Bad!
The process and delivery of the medication are great, however use extreme caution when dealing with these "doctors" I was approved for Semaglutide and took it for 2 1/2 months as prescribed only to find out it has a potentially dangerous interaction with another medication I take and could have caused me harm. I've worked an emergency medicine for almost 20 years and know how seriously drug interactions should be taken. I was hung up on by a provider before I could ask how to file a formal complaint. I have since reached out via email requesting a copy of my intake paperwork which will clearly show a complete list of all my medications taken and the names of the providers I spoke with and have been given the run around. The company was caught in a lie, stating my intake paperwork shows no record of me taking this certain medication, but if that were true, how would the provider I spoke with know I took it? The fact that they refused to provide this documentation only cements my belief they are trying to cover up their mistake. I've since been given a refund for the money I spent on a medication I never should've been taking, which I appreciate, but mistakes of this nature could end up causing somebody their life and I refuse to allow that to happen if there is something I can do about it. Please use extreme caution and using this company and make sure to do your own homework (which I should have done) when it comes to medication interactions.
I cancelled my subscription after my first order because the oral semaglutide did not suppress my appetitie and I gained weight taking it. I only made one order that was sent to the pharmacy and I received only one order. However, they charged my credit card a second time and after I contacted them they said they would refund me. Well that was back on Nov. 6,2024. Today is Dec. 29,2024 and my credit card company still has not received the refund. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and RemedyMeds challenged the dispute so my credit card company closed the dispute. Today I filed a formal complaint with the Better Busness Bureau. I hope they can help me resolve this and get my refund. I am sick and tired of contacting RemedyMeds which I have done numerous times and they keep lying to me telling me they sent the refund. I contacted them for the last time today Dec. 29,2024. I warn you to not do business with this company because if the drugs do not work and you cancel they will keep charging your credit card and then they will not refund you. Do not trust them nor believe their refund policy. I will never do business with them again nor any company that has a subscription membership with recurring charges. I advise you to do the same. Stay away from businesses with memberships. They are a trap!
They will collect your medical history and drain your banl ac$#*! and never received product. No idea how they are still in business.
I canceled not only twice on the Semiglude injections because of financial reasons but they not only charged my card twice after canceling, NO PRODUCTS WERE EVER SENT TO ME. I'm waiting in credit.
I have been attempting to resolve this issue for close to a week. Meds were not in the shipment. They have had 8 different contacts with no solution. I have sent picture of the package to 3 contacts. We have cameras and ring and live in a gated community. Reviewed all rings the package was not tampered with prior to drop off so it happened prior to drop off. At this point the only solution is to contact my credit card company. I also attempted to cancel my membership and they reinstated it. I had to take my credit card off my profile. I am now looking for another program since I haven't had meds in close to a week.
Ordered tizepatide from remedy, they offer free doctors appointments and labs, I had my own labs drawn and the company would not accept them. Told me I need to have them done by my Dr. my own expense. I asked for a refund immmediately, mentioned the free labs they denied this. Told office to cancel, it had been less than 24 hours, much later, they tell me the process has started, tried multiple times to cancel but of course they kept putting this off until meds came. Told I need to pay for it, no refund. Tried endless emails and texts each time with another person telling me a different story. Don't use them
I paid up front like they demand and received syringes and alcohol wipes only, no medication!
It's a song and dance with blaming Halandale Pharmacy which is attached to the most horrific reviews!
So disappointed!
This company is either a complete fraud or they are completely incompetent. I cannot believe Forbes rated them so highly. Their customer service is non existent. The doctor I met with was rude and unprofessional. I warn anyone who wants to try them- look elsewhere.
Be aware that this company requires you to have your blood drawn to continue getting prescriptions from them. I canceled because of this. Provider never told me this during the initial interview upfront.
