I purchased an ecm for my ram 2500 from a different company first which was the wrong move they sent the wrong part # never picked up the phone never called me back took 2 months to get my refund.
Within 20 minutes on the phone got my ecm ordered by someone who seems very knowledgeable and good at what he does. Sorry but don't remeber his name or I'd be printing it here. B I t had it ordered came in the very next day plug and play like stated.

Purchased a Turbo Actuator for my 3500 Ram. The part got delivered very quickly. Got it installed and wanted the dealer to do the calibration... Ended up the option was not available in their Scan tool for my year. The mechanic had done the procedure before and was surprised to find it had been taken out. Called RAE for help and got outstanding support from very knowledgeable and dedicated staff. Sales and Techsupport got me on the right track and my turbo now runs like new! Thanks you all! Ordered 6.7 cummins injector - product was packaged well and works properly - was not impressed with length of time it took to get delivered, but we are pretty far away so it could have been worse. Pleased overall with my purchases here and prices. Will be buying more stuff in the future!

I ordered the 2 day air so I could work on my truck when I was off work that Sunday. Didn't get it until Monday so I feel like I wasted that 30 something dollars. After I installed my injector and got truck started, it's still smoking! I am pleased with your service except the delivery part. Thanks
We ordered a Ford IDM for one of our overseas customers and it was not re manufactured correctly. RAE was very courteous and understanding when our customer chose to use a Ford reman unit. They worked with me and gave us a full refund on the bad unit and did not charge me any restocking type fees. I have been in this business for over 25 years and never had an electronics re builder have such a understanding return policy. I really appreciated them working with me to resolve the situation as best as we could. Even though my first purchase did not go well, I would use RAE again in the future.
The shipping took much longer than it should. 2 days after I purchased my item I purchased an item of similar weight and size from another company also in Pennsylvania. It arrived 3 days sooner and it was free shipping 'USPS'.
The initial order was received missing hardware (mounting bolts). I sent an email including my order number explaining what was missing and received a phone call response not even 30 minutes later. Rep was extremely apologetic and overnighted the missing hardware to me. By far the best customer service I have ever received. I am almost happy the bolts were missing to simply experience this level of service.

I replaced my IDM off my 2003 7.3 with their Hi voltage/ Hi frequency IDM, they were 150 cheaper than anyone else, it made a big difference in my truck. My IDM must have been going bad or getting weak because I always seemed to have a slight miss and it seemed to smoke a lot more than it should. After replacing the IDM, it runs WAY better and smoother, faster throttle response, fuel mileage, and it don't hardly smoke anymore, even at cold starts.
