I would not recommend this company. They charged $1200 for 4 door knobs that are made in China and spray painted in USA. Also charged me $120 for expedited shipping. I received the door knobs 2 months after original delivery date. And then they send the wrong knobs but the right backing plate. This company is a joke
I ordered and paid for a drain (a decorative p-trap) on Jan 8, website said it will be delivered within 4-12 business day, by Jan 23th. When I did not receive the item and reached out to Rejuvenation, they told me it is on back order for another month, plus another 4-12 days to deliver. That is much too late, I need this item for my renovation. I asked they cancel, however, Rejuvenation would not issue a cancel, saying that it is up to their vendor and it takes up to 14 days for then to respond. WHAT? My purchase is with Rejuvenation and I paid Rejuvenation, why do I need to wait? (By the way, as of today, Jan 31, Rejuvenation was still waiting for their vendor to respond). Their FAQ's clearly states "we do not charge your card until your order is packed and ready to ship", yet they charged me right away and refused to cancel an order they could not ship. I had to dispute the charge through my credit card. If I had waited longer, I would have lost my right to dispute a charge. This is TERRIBLE. Customer Service was NO HELP. I would never purchase anything from Rejuvenation again, why would anyone when they will not even try to make things right. Shameful subsidiary of Williams Sonoma.
I ordered 6 "in stock" planters 5 weeks ago- shipping from LA to Texas. First of all - there is no way to track your order. In comparison - I ordered a steel gate that shipped yesterday from Seattle. I can follow the LTL freight progress and know my order will arrive within 10 days. There are no tracking numbers for Rejuvenation and every time you call they can only tell you it is "in transit". Second - they are cheaping out too much on shipping. In comparison - I ordered an outdoor planter 5 days ago and it was already delivered by FedEx yesterday. I'm not sure how Rejuvenation thinks they are helping their brand with this incredibly slow shipping. Third - bait and switch - Rejuvenation first said my planters would be delivered by 5 weeks. Now that we are at 5 weeks - they changed the expected delivery to give themselves three weeks more time (now 8 weeks for shipping!) that I only saw when I logged in to check. No email notification or apology. I will NEVER EVER order from Rejuvenation again. The planters will now arrive after the freeze - so we won't be able to plant our plants in time for the roots to establish and be protected from frost. Just a total waste all around.
Customer service doesn't exist!
Left a message last week or more ago, nobody called back. This morning I spoke to 6 people they all say "just a moment" and redirect me to where you select a number for certain department. Then person picks up and the same repeats.
I think they are making fun of people.
When ordering a faucet, I clicked Apple Pay, the transaction went through without any warning of a $195 "Shipping and Processing" fee and an $11 "Delivery Surcharge." Of course I called immediately to cancel. Got what I needed elsewhere with $0 shipping. Bad business in grossly overcharging for shipping a faucet. Will never purchase from them!
Rejuvenation shipped me some utility hooks twice that were the wrong product. They gave me an assurance with a different item number, that I would get the correct item. I returned both shipments, they credited the cost of the item, but they refuse to credit the shipping. They were at fault, so they should have reimbursed it. I am disputing that amount on my credit card, but what a hassle. I will never order from them again.
Beware Rejuvenation Hardware does not have a price guarantee. The tree large planter boxes I purchased online for $499 March 7th were delivered on March 18th. They had gone on sale for $409 prior to delivery. When I called for a price adjustment, the customer service rep said, "we don't do that." I could return them except that White Glove shipping took away the packaging. Returns must be in their original packaging and customer pays all shipping costs, which was $250 for delivery.
Incorrect product sent four times due to incorrect SKU number on their end. Declined to offer expedited shipping after six-week delay in this process. Spoke to multiple customer service reps who were clear on how to resolve issue but did not get me the correct product three times. Phone disconnected in multi-hour resolution attempts with customer service. Rejuvenation has a short-sighted service recovery process and for their high-end products this will do damage to their brand.
Do not buy custom orders from Rejuvenation. The lead times are deceiving - the site says they are in stock and will ship at a specific date but it is wrong. Rejuvenation will charge you once you purchase the custom order and then you will wait months and months for a shipment that will not come. This happened to me - it has been over 3 months since I ordered an in stock piece that has still not been shipped but I was charged for it over three months ago. They have refused to cancel my order since it's "Custom". The only option I have now is to go to my credit card company to stop payment on the order. Save yourself some time and money and order from elsewhere.
This company rejuvenation is one big joke, and should shut down once and for all clearly they're not even making any money unless they're scamming customers with non-refundable fees. All customer service representatives are rude, dishonest, and suffer from serious mental issues based on my own experience with both Willie and Carla, especially. These individuals should never work in customer service. In fact, they should never work where they have to actually use their voices and personality, or lack there of. This is a waste of a company for pottery barn. Their products are horrible and their customer service should never be allowed to speak to actual customers. I will never be ordering from this garbage company again I should've read the reviews before ever considering them.
I have ordered from Rejuvenation twice due to designer selection. The 1st time they sent a wrong color in the order and was missing handles. The 2nd time it was also missing handles. Count your handles and check your parts. Also the quality of these are no better than others, but cost 3-4 times more. Not worth it!
The phone number listed on the website is for William Senoma and they can't help with Rejuvenation. It is crazy! The person reached after 10 minutes still could not find the number to transfer me the Rejuvenation brand under the Williams Senoma Brand! Unbelievable.
Poor customer services! Recommended wrong lighting for their lighting fixtures & didn't take responsibility for it. Wouldn't even exchange for the correct bulbs. We purchased them at Ace Hardware for half the price. POOR BUSINESS
I ordered the Colestin Bed in the Iron Ash finish based on the color on the website. It is nothing like the color I saw. It looks black and not the pretty rich brown color they show on their site. I was convinced they had sent me the Black Ash bed so I returned and they delivered a second bed that looked just like the first. This was not at all what I was looking for. The color on the site is not at all accurate. They refunded my money but not the shipping. I am out $200+ and I have no bed. Very disappointing!
No ability to write or read reviews on the website, and they have disabled allowing any users to post on their Facebook page since 2017. You wonder why? Well, I know why. They shipped me the wrong product. What's worse is that they are incredibly overpriced. It's overpriced garbage. STAY AWAY.
Crap product with severe factory issues including a screw tightened from the factory for adjustment, so tight it strips itself before it releases. The finish is also a joke after one night in the soil. DO NOT waste your money on this product.
They sent me one of two matching parts. The other kept being delayed for months. Fine maybe not their fault. Finally I gave up and they would not take back and refund the one sent because it was past the return date. They could have made two customers happy by taking mine back (still unboxed) and sending it to a back ordered customer. Why? Too much effort I can only guess. In any event. Their products are not unique and can be found elsewhere and that is what I would suggest.
Rejuvenation has sent the wrong size light fixture to me twice now and they will not accommodate picking their product up. The fixtures are larger and need specific packaging. Reputable companies would be gracious and do whatever it took to fix their mistake and not put the burden on the consumer. Rejuvenation is not one of those companies. Be careful. I have also requested assistance from management but have yet to receive a call. Very disappointing.
Terrible customer service. It took an unbelievable amount of tenacity to reach a person. I think it took me six tries using every contact feature on the website. I tried to connect via multiple email addresses, text messages, + several phone numbers. I even tried the trades department. The main customer service number, which was what I initially tried, forced me to listen to a third party advertising recording for about 10 minutes before giving me another number to call that was actually customer service. I literally can't think of a more off-putting interface for customers that are seeking info about Rejuvenation products. I finally did receive an email answer to my question: basic dimensions. Yep, that's right. All I needed was product dimensions which shouldn't have been missing from the online product information in the first place. But, there. I'd done it! I'd managed to get my question answered and I placed my order! Hurray!
Then, 11 days went by and I received an email saying that my order had just been cancelled because the product was no longer available.
There was a similar product that I could have ordered from another site, but did not find it until after I ordered the item from Rejuvenation. They refused to price match and refund so I overpaid by $100, due to poor customer service.
