I made 3 purchases and only received 1. And now the site is not working. So just got ripped off for the other 2 purchases.

I ordered boots and shoes in size 11 over a month ago. My order now reads as though I ordered 7.5 shoes and 10 in sandals. I've tried to contact the company a few times and get no response. I'm baffled that my purchasing experience can be soo awful. If you're reading this and thinking about ordering from this company, do yourself a favor and do not purchase. I'm just now reading reviews stating that they've never received their product and I'm afraid I'm just the next in line to get scammed. I don't even want to give one star…

Ordered in July, still no tracking number or package. Customer service will not respond or issue refund. They stole from me. I chose one star because 0 isn't an option. Do. It order from this company.

I do not recommend buying from this company.
I understand it comes from another country, but it took 2.5 months to get here. That actually didn't bother me that much, what really made me mad was that they sent the WRONG product! WHAT a JOKE!

This company stole my money -- no other way to state it! Beware of this seller as they do not attempt to communicate or resolve a problem!

I strongly recommend you to stay away from this vendor.
I ordered some sleepers that amount to $110 two months ago and I am still waiting for them.
At the time when I placed the order they sent a fake tracking number that doesn't work.
I have tried numerous times to communicate with them, but unfortunately they do not respond.
I checked the reviews from others about Reindeer leather
And come to the realization that it is a common practice of this business to taking your money and run.
Please save yourself the frustration and the unpleasant feeling of losing your money and time.

Buyers from the American continent, run as far away from this website as possible. They take money very politely and never send anything or respond to email. Ordinary fraudsters from Poland.

I posted my review on 9/2/23, never having received my birthday purse, no response from Reindeer Leather despite multiple attempts in different formats, etc. Within an hour of posting critical reviews on several sites, surprise surprise! We suddenly got an email from Reindeer Leather, which I'm posting, in entirety here:

I really extremely sorry for this delay and all the inconvenience, if your purse is not delivered to you Tuesday morning, please let me know, I will process a refund of whole money back, please kindly let me know immediately so I can do it immediately will it be ok with you?

I immediately responded back stating I would love to still get my purse, or, if not shipped soon, a full refund. I was a bit skeptical about the email, since it seemed highly unlikely a purse could be shipped from Poland on Saturday and get to me in the US by Tuesday, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, as they seemed to want to fix their mistake…
Stupid me! We have not received a tracking #, much less the purse! We sent a second email over a week ago asking for a full refund. Nothing!
Reindeer Leather, I am now DEMANDING a full refund! Do this on Monday! Otherwise; we will report you to the appropriate US federal regulating agencies. And then I will reach out to Polish authorities and report you there! By taking our money and not shipping our order or refunding our money, YOU ARE THIEVES! GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK NOW!

Following my previous one star review, I have now received my sandals and am delighted to report that they look and feel great. Thank you Reindeer.

It took over a month to get my sandels and then they were to small. Now tring to exchange or return and no response

I am a repeat happy customer. Finally I found slippers from natural materials. Fast delivery and free shipping! Also I am impressed with customer service..

These are high-quality leather slippers at a very affordable price. They are soft and light-weight with a comfortable layer of padding that cushions each step. They seem to be true-to-size and can be worn with or without socks. One word of caution though: The sole is very slippery on a matte linoleum floor. It is perfectly fine on wood flooring, carpeting and lower-end, shiny linoleum, but I can almost skate across our kitchen floor, which has a higher-quality linoleum. Otherwise, these are fantastic!

Comfortable leather sandals which go along well with a casual look; can even go semi-fancy with them. Highly recommended.

Very nice customer service, boots arrived fast and are the best looking highest quality pair of boots i've owned. Definitely recommend Reindeer Leather and i'll for sure purchase another pair of boots there in the future.
