I try very hard to buy unique goods as opposed to generic ones made in China or other countries. Hence, I like European Crystal, Polish leather, German steel items, etc. This great site lets me purchase the genuine article at good prices. So far the service has been very good and I am extremely satisfied with the products they sell. I highly recommend those who want genuine handcrafted leather items from Poland to shop Reindeer Leather with confidence.
Order #12133 I posted my review on 9/2/23, never having received my birthday purse, no response from Reindeer Leather despite multiple attempts in different formats, etc. Within an hour of posting critical reviews on several sites, surprise surprise! We suddenly got an email from Reindeer Leather, which I'm posting, in entirety here: Reindeer Leather Hello, I really extremely sorry for this delay and all the inconvenience, if your purse is not delivered to you Tuesday morning, please let me know, I will process a refund of whole money back, please kindly let me know immediately so I can do it immediately will it be ok with you? I immediately responded back stating I would love to still get my purse, or, if not shipped soon, a full refund. I was a bit skeptical about the email, since it seemed highly unlikely a purse could be shipped from Poland on Saturday and get to me in the US by Tuesday, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, as they seemed to want to fix their mistake… Stupid me! We have not received a tracking #, much less the purse! We sent a second email over a week ago asking for a full refund. Nothing! Reindeer Leather, I am now DEMANDING a full refund! Do this on Monday! Otherwise; we will report you to the appropriate US federal regulating agencies. And then I will reach out to Polish authorities and report you there! By taking our money and not shipping our order or refunding our money, YOU ARE THIEVES! GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK NOW!

I ordered boots and shoes in size 11 over a month ago. My order now reads as though I ordered 7.5 shoes and 10 in sandals. I've tried to contact the company a few times and get no response. I'm baffled that my purchasing experience can be soo awful. If you're reading this and thinking about ordering from this company, do yourself a favor and do not purchase. I'm just now reading reviews stating that they've never received their product and I'm afraid I'm just the next in line to get scammed. I don't even want to give one star…

I understand it comes from another country, but it took 2.5 months to get here. That actually didn't bother me that much, what really made me mad was that they sent the WRONG product! WHAT a JOKE!

I strongly recommend you to stay away from this vendor.
I ordered some sleepers that amount to $110 two months ago and I am still waiting for them.
At the time when I placed the order they sent a fake tracking number that doesn't work.
I have tried numerous times to communicate with them, but unfortunately they do not respond.
I checked the reviews from others about Reindeer leather
And come to the realization that it is a common practice of this business to taking your money and run.
Please save yourself the frustration and the unpleasant feeling of losing your money and time.

Ordered shoes on 7/29/23. I have never received shoes, despite several e-mails to customer service, with no reply. Buyer Beware!
I made 3 purchases and only received 1. And now the site is not working. So just got ripped off for the other 2 purchases.

I ordered 2 pair of slippers size mens 10. Your slippers were equivalent to american size 12. I ordered 2 pair of green suede slippers for my wife and daughter. The size women's 8 fit a size 6. I gave all away to friends who fit the shoes. Your shoes are hip but u must fix the size issue. Poland is to far away to return
I should start with how much I love this bag! It is beautiful! Much bigger than I expected and so soft. The only issue was with the shipping. It was about a week after I placed the order before I got any info on shipping. I got an email saying it had shipped but had to contact the company to verify tracking. Response was quick and tracking was provided within a day or so. All in all, took almost a week longer than stated to arrive but still under 2 weeks. After looking at the bag, totally worth it! The bag is gorgeous!

They have really amazing collections of clogs, sandals and shoes. Genuine Lather material has been used. I also liked the gym bags, sports bags and travel bags. Affordable prices and cool designs. Great offers and discounts are also provided. Overall satisfied with the service.

These are high-quality leather slippers at a very affordable price. They are soft and light-weight with a comfortable layer of padding that cushions each step. They seem to be true-to-size and can be worn with or without socks. One word of caution though: The sole is very slippery on a matte linoleum floor. It is perfectly fine on wood flooring, carpeting and lower-end, shiny linoleum, but I can almost skate across our kitchen floor, which has a higher-quality linoleum. Otherwise, these are fantastic!
I finally found the absolutely best shoe maker in the world as I have tried them all and this is the absolute best you can bye quality service and delivery is done with great care and consideration for the best possible outcome thanks for taking your trade so seriously

I've been wearing my new MMCSS daily (working from home) for the past three weeks and they just continue to get even more comfortable everyday. I really like the Eastern European styling and have received several compliments from visiting friends and family about how unique they look. Even though they were soft when I received them, the leather upper continues to get increasingly softer and the insoles have formed nicely to my soles and cradle my feet perfectly--like they were custome-fitted just for me. I'm ordering additional pairs to give as Christmas gifts--yes, they're that good!
