Buyer beware!

Buyer beware! This company offers products that may not work at all or as advertised! No customer service and no assistance in correcting problems! They provide email address that are no longer valid for you to send complaints. No refunds... just a lot of run around. DO NOT BUY FROM!

Company scams customers
October 19, 2022

Was notified subscription was being renewed. Wrote in and asked to cancel subscription and they stated I would not be charged(10/5). Two weeks later I was charged. Wrote in and stated I want to stop subscription and want money back. They sent the same type of email stating I would not be charged. Also received a second letter stating I would not get my money back. Three weeks later they still have not cancelled my membership. I also changed the payment method.

I paid 30 dollars to download sat prep software. I downloaded the software but the file was corrupt I downloaded three different time and tired on two different computers. I was starting to get really irritated but, 4 days after I purchased the program I got my refund. The refund was not a hassle once they finally got around to looking at my e-mails. A customer support number would have been helpful.

Scam
July 14, 2023

I paid for one month subscription only. Then they sent me an email telling me I had placed order and charged for another month. I replied to them to cancel the order. Then I received an email asking me to confirm for order cancellation. But two days later, they charged me again and told me that order could not be cancelled, without any information nor reason.
I had to cancel my credit card as they would continue to charge me for the HitPaw which didn't work at all. The worst on the email was "Duration: unlimited; Billing period: monthly"

I purchased an iPhone backup software (TouchCopy 16) through this website today, at a 35% discount.
The best working Coupon Code for WideAngle Software elsewhere was 10%.
Purchase through PayPal was easy and the software licence key was provided immediately on the website.
Satisfaction with the site may depend more on the actual software vendor, but in my case the transaction was flawless and an excellent deal.

Deception

Deception - this website states that you can download softwear. I paid £12 to download my softwear and was sent a confirmation letter which sent me round in circles. I was unable to down load it, it referred me to another site which advertised free downloads for which i had to pay a registration fee for a years subscription.
I asked for my money back from regnow and they are ignoring my emails.

Total scam

I bought a product HitPaw. It was monthly subscription. I payed wuth PayPal. Do not remember exactly the process. In my HitPaw customer account there's no option to cancel my subscription. Also no way to change payment details. I got an email from MyCommerce that new order will be placed according to my subscription. I created an accoount in MyCommerce and there was also no any option ta cancel subscriptions or delete purchases.
My Guess that HitPaw and MyCommerce is one organization as they have the same logo. (see screenshots)
Trying to communicate with HitPaw through tickets did't gave any results.
In the end just canceled subscription in my PayPal account.

My Windows 7 netbook locked up and would not let me logon as Administrator. No password was ever required up to this point. I purchased iSunshare.com Windows Password Reset software. It did not work on my pc. I contacted their customer support and provided them with all documentation and screenshots throughout the process. Due to a time difference, I updated them and they had more for me to try the next morning each day for several weeks. Communication was poor from their end that appeared to be a language issue. They also did not appear to look at my complete updates, since I would send screenshots and the next day they would ask for the same screenshots. After giving up and asking for a refund, they started all over again asking me what my problem was. Mycommerce who handles payment and distribution for iSunshare got in the loop and requested an update from them on three occasions with the same endless queries from iSunshare. The software firm was like one person who was developer, owner, sales and support. After 30 days are now gone, communication has stopped. Their software did not work and no refund. I recommend staying away from any and all products sold by iSunshare. Lots of frustration, wasted time on my part with nothing but a lost fee to show for it.

Mycommerce.com has since picked up the ball and got iSunshare to issue a refund to my PayPal account. Thanks to them for following up on this

I have been dealing with this company that hacked into my computer, and against my knowledge, thinking I was dealing with a legit company, they called me and said they were from Microsoft and needed to clean my computer, it is being hacked by viruses. I paid them 99.00 because I was in a hurry to get it fixed. They ended up taking all my information out of my computer, which I made sure I took care of. They won't refund my money, and I keep getting calls asking "why you want a refund?" "Why you not want our service?" I answered them over 50 times, and they won't give up, about every other day I get a call, and they ask this again, I tell them that I don't want it, I want a refund! They called from a phone number before, and now they are calling from "unknown caller" numbers, or numbers that if I call back, they say are not in service. These people are relentless! They first called me and told me I could get a refund, but I need to give them my bank account number, and the name and address of my back, and the name as it appears on my bank account! Uh, sorry you aren't getting that information, that is why I paid from paypal to begin with! I am getting so frustrated with the calls asking why, why can't they just give me my refund back to paypal? When they call and ask me about the refund, I just say, please give me my refund, and then they hang up on me!

I purchased a recovery software from one of the merchants (iSunshare) using MyCommerce/Digital River as their payment processor. The merchant specifically advertises a 30-day money back guarantee on their software.

It turned out that the software did not work, and I contacted the merchant for a refund. The merchant initially offered to troubleshoot, which I declined (because by then the issue had to be handled via another product). Then the merchant stopped responding. No refund.

I then contacted MyCommerce to request the refund. MyCommerce in turn sent a message to the merchant. Merchant responded again by offering to troubleshoot and refusing to refund.

Here's the kicker: MyCommerce then sent me a message from a no-reply, unmonitored mailbox, saying "We regret to inform that we must decline the request.".

That's it. Instead of forcing their merchant to honor their clearly-written refund policy, this company actually encourages them to do it. They send out such communications to their customers via no-reply emails which means there is not even a way to respond to their message.

It's a fraudulent business and I'm surprised they still exist in 2022 and apparently processes hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions. They should have been blacklisted by the major credit card networks for this behavior.

Since SWREG.org is operated by Digital River there service is not as good as it was before. Still a good solution for online payments.
