Refined Magazine Regina and Saskatoon is one of the most disorganized business I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. This company will give you the runaround using stalling techniques such as not returning phone calls and emails for weeks, providing incorrect contact information of the managers. Staff doesn't know how to contact upper management. If you are considering advertising with this nightmare of company, I'd highly suggest RUNNING as fast as possible, based on my personal experience. Aric Roest (manager) is overly defensive when issues are brought to his attention, he offers no solutions and is complete rude and neglectful. One star is far too generous.
