Ordered a custom tank on this site for my Redhead friend's birthday. Site said it would ship in 3-4 days, but it's been 12 days and there's been no activity on the order and my 2 emails have gone unanswered. My friends birthday is in 2 days and I don't have her gift. Unacceptable. I still gave it 3 stars because the rest of the site is fine, just the store and whoever is managing it sucks.
