I received two faulty products. The other one had two stains on it and the other was broken from the seam. But I reached out to the customer service and so far I've gotten great service from there. Shopping experience otherwise was great and the delivery was fast and not noticably expensive to France unlike with some other UK based companies

I bought a jacket 2pm on 21st, I didn't use standard or express delivery, I paid extra for 'Premium Next Day' delivery. Next day, when nothing arrived, I checked the site, 'next day' on Redpost means next day after 'processing' which takes a whole day. When the jacket eventually arrived on Tuesday 27th it was delivered by my neighbour. It seems that despite my house,'White Cottage' being occupied with the gates open all day 22nd and 23rd, the delivery driver went to my neighbour's house, 'White House'. When there was no answer on the entryphone system there the delivery was thrown over my neighbours gate. When my neighbour brought the delivery to me I checked to see what 'proessing' had taken place that took a whole day. The jacket had just been taken off a hangar, rolled up and stuffed in a carrier bag.
Jacket is very nice, as I expect from Musto. Perfomance of the retailler and their partners was very poor.
