It's quite difficult to give a true reflection as I am still awaiting delivery. I spoke to a member of your staff on Wednesday regarding parcelforce. She was very helpful and came back to me promptly however unfortunately your couriers are letting your company down. They have not attempted to deliver.

So far efficient service...but I haven't got it yet! It has arrived and although a little larger than I wanted it is ok

Customer service from Redpost was excellent. I had an issue where parcel force had returned my item but this was resolved efficiently and professionally by Redpost. I still received my items very quickly even with the parcel force issue. Products were excellent value, exactly as described and needed.

The products and service was very good, but unfortunately the packaging was poor and the delivery bag was 3/4 open, so very lucky the gloves did not fall out!
