Very pleased with the ease of ordering, great service and speedy delivery! A bit disappointed with the Collegiate saddle as some of the leather is very stiff. Would be good to know before buying that the saddle was made in India as some of their leather products are not good quality.

It would be much better to have the Email gift voucher sent with a nice background on the voucher rather than plain.
Would just look a bit nicer that's all, they do sell proper vouchers in store though which is great if you live nearby and can go in.
