The company is recognized for its innovative contributions to the gaming industry, particularly in the development of popular titles like Guitar Hero, which has garnered a loyal customer base that appreciates its historical significance and product quality. However, customer feedback highlights significant concerns regarding customer service, including long wait times, difficulty in reaching support, and issues with order cancellations and return policies. This combination of strong brand heritage and substantial service-related complaints suggests a need for improvement in customer engagement and support processes to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

A real rip-off site - This web site has no customer serivce. The phone numbers are constantly put you on hold for 20 minutes or more. Whiole you the list gets longer and number of people gets bigger. They are going to charge a 15% restocking fee on a 50.00 game that is unopened. I will never buy this web site again. I almost have lost any confidence in the internet being able to serve to public. When you make a misstake on a purchase you are just screwed.
Redoctane... from DDR to guitar hero revolution - These guys are born out of silicon valley and I remember ordering a DDR pad from them back in the day. They used to make the best DDR pads around. This is the company that came up with the idea of making Guitar Hero. They manufactured the plastic guitar and then hired Harmonics to make the software. Genius idea. Redoctane owned the rights to the name guitar hero, but Harmonics kept the rights to the actual game mechanics. Later Harmonics was bought by MTV and that is how RockBand was created. MTV predicts that new songs being sold will be sold via downloads like RockBand and that will be a major source of revenue for bands since everyone just shares MP3s these days. And, we owe this entire revolution to this company... Red Octane. You can say what you want about their customer service, etc etc etc... but these guys changed the music industry.
Worst on-line store i ever dealt with - Would not let me cancel an order, refuses to get in touch with me.
