Very bad!
November 9, 2022

Very bad!

I booked with reedem in Istanbul for 4nights.
Arriving at the hotel, they told me that my booking is not confirmed and not valid, and saying that they are not working with reedem for almost 1year.

I tried to contact reedem to have some help, no agent available. I wait 2hours at the reception, after that, alone in a country that I don't know, with no accommodation ans any help, I decided to book an other hotel the cheapest one on this area.

After that, I contacted reedem, they called the previous hotel ans confirmed that the hotel has no booking.

As it was no my fault of reedem has no valid contract with hotel I was expecting a refund of this new reservation and they refused!
So I had to pay the double of what I paid with reedem because of them.

Be careful!

I booked a stay through redeem to Atlanta, GA. I saved tons of money. The trip was for me & my oldest son. We were a nice room. When I went to check in everything went smoothly. There was no issues. The location was perfect. Redeem will be the only way we book known We had a ball.

Great Value!
September 13, 2022

The Royale Palms Condos were a little bit outdated but the indoor pool and beach access at the sister buildings are amazing! The bed was extremely comfortable. My husband, daughter, and I had a great vacation to Myrtle Beach!

No way to see what hotels we can choose from
September 13, 2022

I was initially disappointed that there was no way to see what hotels we can choose from. I made a support ticket about it and support reached out to me promptly. I have since made a booking for one of the resorts and checked in. The service, amenities and activities are exceeding my expectations. I would do it again!

Booked my second trip
May 11, 2022

I got the voucher in a giveaway. 3 nights in New Orleans Louisiana. Im not a wealthy person and typically the cost of a decent hotel is just not feasible for more than a day.

I booked my trip (flights, etc.) and selected the Crowne royal plaza right on bourbon st for a sisters trip. By my check in date the entire world was shut down (April 2020). They were so helpful. I was able to rebook my trip and get a different hotel when my sisters trip turned into a family trip in the gorgeous Garden District right on the trolly line in March of 2021.

I've just booked my second vacation to Cancun Mexico at the fives beach resort.

We were given this offer as a gift and was told we would be able to have a 5-night Complimentary Vacation with our CHOICE of hotel resorts that would INCLUDE All-Inclusive and Adult Only options.
Key word: "OPTIONS" -- This is not the case.
You do not find out this information until AFTER you pay for the activation fee they will charge you upfront which is apparently NON-REFUNDABLE!
The ONE hotel they offer is not All-Inclusive and is not Adult Only. The "All Inclusive" part the hotel does offer is an "upgrade" option you will have to pay for AFTER you book the hotel dates and you cannot ask questions until AFTER you book your dates which LOCKS you in... If you are like me you will research the ONE hotel's website to check out the hotel and when you do read the hotels page, you will learn this is for Food Only and a limited type of food and groceries. So you will get food you can cook yourself or have a limited range of food options to choose from. It does NOT include alcohol so before you plan to have an All-Inclusive choice, READ the fine details BEFORE you pay to Activate this Offer as your payment to activate this offer is also NON-Refundable and you will NOT receive full details until AFTER they have received your money for the "taxes and country fees" which they do not actually pay unless you book - so therefore, it's just you paying them to hold your spot for you only to find out later there is only ONE hotel option that it is NOT All Inclusive and is a Family friendly hotel. That's all great except this was supposedly our gifted Honeymoon offer. No Bueno! So Non-Refundable Activation Fee - ONE hotel to choose from - Lots of "Hidden Fees" and "Additional Upgrade options at high Cost to you" - No full All-Inclusive option and Family hotel and to boot - it's all Non-Refundable - but Hey! If you're good with all that, then book away and enjoy!

This place {redeem vacation} is a scam. It appears that Redeem Vacation is like the middleman's middleman { flunkies}. They work with a "supplier" that works with another company that's connectd to the hotel. There is no real discount and the hotel selections are below mediocre. I was referrred to them by a trusted friend and it was the worst advice ever. I booked a hotel thru RV and after the payment went thru, I wasn't able to get a hold of the hotel. I tried for 3 weeks and the week of my trip and Aloft Cancun hotel never answered the phone. The phone would ring, I would selected the options that first me and the phone would have a busy tone and disconnect. I decided not to take my family travelling for spring break to a hotel with a lack of phone presence. I can't trust a place that I can't communicate with. I reached out to RV several times but no help. RV and it's robotic response system was a copy and paste communication line. Real low class if u ask me. Several time RV ask why do I want to contact the hotel I paid for and staying in. Huh? What type of Customer service is that? Anyone could be on the other end responding while running errands. All they kept doing was repeating the same stuff. At the end, I lost $400 with them because they would not refund my money no matter what. Save yours some time, money and piece of mind. Book your own vacation package. I decided to contact the Marriott in Cancun and had the best time in my lift. Even though I paid more money for my stay and lost Money, my family was safe and happy. Priceless

This company is a waste of time. I bought a few NFTs that offered a free resort stay through this company, but when I tried to book my San Diego and Palm springs vacations it was denied because I live within 100 miles from the vacation spots. So I lost two resort stays cause this website has stupid rules in the fine print! I live in California for a reason I love it here and if I vacation it'll be to a spot in California, but obviously I can't book through these guys. Just book through Expedia or any of the other good travel sites. THIS COMPANY SUCKS! Stay away from this RIP OFF SITE!

I'm very unhappy on the option I was given to book in Dubai. I would rather spend more money to stay at a nicer place than to plan my entire trip around the single option that they gave me that I could have booked myself (had I known what the hotel was) on booking.com for $40.

It's a pity there isn't a zero rating. I see this site is offering "free vacations" by connecting with one of their partners - buyer beware! I saw a post about setting up an automatic donation and getting a free voucher. I thought "great - I love this idea!"So I signed up for the monthly contribution. You are then directed to the Redeem Vacations site where you pay $114.25.to activate your vacation for "out of pocket costs - taxes and fees". You do this without being able to see any of their hotels. I STUPIDLY did this because I trusted 8 billion trees. As I said STUPID!. I chose Denver. You get a choice of 1 to 3, three-star hotels, well outside of Denver, and other than 4 or 5 days in July, it is blacked out from mid-May to late October. I tried those few days, plus early May and late October, and those were the only choices. I was unable to contact them through their website, you can only do a live chat. I asked to see what hotels they work within Atlanta or Charleston, they can't do that either. But did offer Cancun in July! I asked for a refund since the charge was for taxes and fees, and I'm not staying anywhere, so there are no taxes and fees for them to pay, NOPE they won't do that either, you are just SOL. I will be canceling my monthly contribution to 8 Billion Trees, refuting the Redeem Vacations charge on my card, and posting negative reviews for Redeem Vacations. If you want to contribute to 8 Billion do it - but the vacation thing is a complete scam, 8 Billion needs to review this offer and cancel any relationship with Redeem Vacations.

Do not use it. I booked Nashville vacation and it had 182 consecutive days blocked out. Then switched to Vegas where I can stay at the Luxor for more than what it costs to just buy it on priceline.

Wow
September 17, 2021

I won a 3 night stay. Glad I googled the reviews and the BBB. I'll gladly pay full price online because after reading all the reviews your paying for a crappy room, no refunds, can't see the room until all this money is paid! I will strongly pass on these so called free tickets! SMH
