I will NEVER use this company again. They expected me to eat the cost and go through the process of speaking to someone again for another prescription. Do not use Redbox! I rented 4 movies, returned 2 same day, 2 following morning well within the time frame. Was charged over $19 five times and just recieved "final charge" of $165.62. That's over $38 per movie! There is no person to talk to, emailed daily since 1/15/24 (it's now 1/31/24) and never recd a response!
Redbox was once a great company! An individual could rent premium movies but now you can't call! If there is an issue, you must email but they don't respond! A response will be generic. The Redbox's either don't work or there is always some issue with them but no customer service. Any attempt to resolve an issue will be met with the same generic email response and no solutions! Please consumer's do not rent from this company they fraudulently charge you erroneous fees! Please refrain from becoming a victim from Redbox and fraudulent practices! Beware please beware!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Redbox's customer service, which I consider one of the worst. Despite not receiving my package, I reached out to Redbox five times to inform them of the issue. Their response was limited to just two emails, sent a week apart, in which they merely suggested I check with my neighbors or contact the post office to locate my package. Redbox's approach to handling customer issues is highly unprofessional and shows a lack of proper customer support. After receiving no assistance from them, I requested a refund, which they outright refused. Be cautious of these scammers; their only interest seems to be in taking your money, not in providing any real support.
Overpriced movies that are free on Tubi and fawsome, no customer service, not to mention when I use a $5 promo on a $2 movie they just keep the change. After my terrible experience I would never use or recommend the Redbox app to anyone it's a wonder how they are even still in business.

Be aware Resbox has NO customer svc only email so If you need assistance you are SOL Emailed 11/22/23 to let them know dvd stolen out of car( it was not late it was day of return) Offered to buy NO response until 12/5/23 wanting cc # name for verification then promptly charged cc $44 for a $7.99 DVD they sell keep in mind a customer 6-7 yrs no issues If they have your cc# they will abuse it.
Do not rent anything from them I got 1 movie and I had to keep it for 3 more nights extra getting charged $8.00 + taxes per night because NONE OF THEIR STATIONS WHERE WORKING. The third night I had to drive to 3 different locations (12 miles in total and 2 hours of my time) to return the movie. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

If I could give it zero stars I would. This piece of $#*! company over charged for piece of $#*! movies that either don't play at all or are just terrible movies to watch. Took the last bit of my money for not returning an $#*! movie! I returned them so if they keep taking more of my money they can go ahead and get sued. I'll stick to Netflix and other streaming services, redbox is a dying company anyway and I'm sure they'll hopefully go bankrupt soon so enjoy my money! Glad I could donate to your charity.
I payed for Lexapro and Hydrozine on the same day Oct 6 th. 25.00 for Lexapro. 20.00 for hydrozine. Got the hydrozine Monday the 9 th. No Lexapro. I call customer service. First they tried to tell me I had no refills. After this month I had to see a provider for more. I never got month 2 Lexapro and was told they would expedite it to my by today. Still haven't got it. It's hard to come off anti depressants like that! I hate being lied to.

They advertise movies that are not available at Redbox, go OnDemand,what a joke total waist of time don't waste yours.
10 days later, no response back from them when they said it would be 48 hours. I'm receiving marketing emails from them, but nothing else. Wasted money.

Redbox will rip you off if your movies are stolen. I rented two movies at a Walmart and accidentally left them behind in the shopping cart. When I realized and returned 20 minutes later, they were gone, someone had taken them. Redbox charged my over $80 for these two movies. If I had purchased these movies new, they would have cost around $35. This should be illegal and seems like a class action lawsuit waiting to happen.

I ordered two ice cream makers in October of 2021, It is now March of 2022 I have never received the items I have emailed customer service at least 5 times. Rad box does not get back to you and their tracking numbers do not work, Does anyone know how you get your money back from this company? WORST COMPANY SERVICE EVER!.

I called Redbox customer service to have a reservation cancelled and within 20 minutes after talking to them someone used my brand new Visa card information to order food from Jamaica cook shop 3 times located in mesquite tx. It seems to me that someone at Redbox is the culprit since I did not make any other transactions and the card is only 2days old.
Machine malfunction and no selection. A dying business. Who would uses this service now days They make you write a book on the review.
Red box is sure to be the Blockbuster example of corporate failure for this generation. Promo codes don't work. Promos don't populate online or streaming accounts. No chat function for customer service. Tv app isn't clear with which movies honor which promotions until you go through the hassle of entering information. Sell your stock now.

Update: I've noticed the dishonesty in this company as they delete your Google Play reviews, save their image and not their customer.
The original concern:The customer care team could use a lot of work. When reaching out to their *******@redbox.com email, the team doesn't acknowledge your inquiry. I waited two weeks for a response and have attempted a 2nd email and at this point nothing. It shouldn't take 2 emails and an app review to receive a response. I would rather spend my money somewhere else at this point.
I rented 2 movies from Redbox, I returned them the very next day. I received an email stating that only one of my movies were returned and I will be charged until the second movie is returned back to Redbox. I called customer service to figure out what the problem is because I already returned both of my movies. I called customer service a total of three times, and every time I would try and speak to them about my issue they would hang up the phone. Very disappointed and I will not be renting from Redbox again
I rented red box for 3 days, they said I kept it more and dipped into my account for 8.25 when I was suppose to be charged 6.75 total instead of 10.50. Rent from here with a card you barely use.
I went to rent a movie the screen was faded out and hard to read. The one thing I could read was when I was given the option to buy the DVD as used for $4.99. I ended up getting charged $34.07 because they said I rented and didn't return. When I called there customer service to explain they refused to do anything about it. There customer service is like talking to a brick wall. I had to call up my card company and dispute the charge.

Rented 3 movies on 10/16. Returned them on the 19th. Total bill which I got a receipt for was for $17.49. They took it upon themselves to place 2 different transaction holds on my account. Said it was due to authorization. I don't authorize redbox to take anything except what I owed. Now I'm being told that they have collected their $17.49 and I should receive the rest of what they took within 3 to 5 business days. They are contradicting and thieves. Will never use red box again.
No way to unsubscribe on site! I searched and searched. So I called the phone number & as dropped from call both times. I tried to talk with a specialist on the site and it expected me to pay $1.00 and fill out a form to do so. I finally got a helpful person on the phone and got it done after much frustration. No site should make one jump through hoops like this to unsubscribe.
