THEY WILL TAKE A MONTH TO SEND YOU A CRAP PRODUCT YOU DID NOT ORDER AND NOT GIVE YOUR $ BACK BECAUSE YOU HAVE IT. THEY TELL YOU THEY WILL PROBABLY NOT GET IT BACK DUE TO OUR CURRENT STATE OF AFFAIRS AND ADVISE AGAINST IT, LEAVING YOU WITH THE COST OF SOMETHING YOU NEVER WANTED. I would normally never order anything from a website that I am unfamiliar with, but it was my son's prom and the shoes would have gone perfectly with his suit. I agreed to purchase the shoes for a certain amount of money, however they ended up charging me $20 more than I agreed to pay. Unfortunately, I didn't know this was going to happen until I checked my bank statement and of course... you cannot reach any customer service representatives over the phone. All communication is via email. They later explained that the "bank" charges the extra amount... not them! Yeah right. When I finally received the shoes a month later, they looked nothing like the picture on the website. They were the ugliest, worst made pair of shoes that I have ever seen. Honestly! I actually hired someone to investigate this company, and they actually took their website down for a couple of weeks. It is now back up and running... waiting for their next victim. Please believe me when I beg you to STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I made the unfortunate error of choosing to do business with a website called redbottomshoes-sale. They market themselves as authentic louboutin shoes, but at 1-200 bucks a pop out of China... well...
But I purchased the shoes because why buy them at 1k if i can get reasonable copies at 1/10 the cost? There were a few sites i was weighing, but chose to go with them because their pictured photos looked the best and hadn't been copied from other sites.

Upon recieving the shoes, I realized
A. They didnt match. The peep toe on one was about 1/4 inch bigger than the other
B. The heel on oe was glue on crooked.
C. The patent leather was warped and wavy from bad sewing
D. The box wad mangled beyond use
And
E. My favorite- The 'authentic red bag' was covered in rat-chewed holes. YUKKKK!

Their return policy states: In the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer.

THEY REFUSED THE RETURN! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

I order from redbottomshoes-sales.com they r also horrible and can't reach except through email which crazy because they r not professional they can barely spell. I ordered on the 17th of may and today is the 21st and my order says its still processing... who does that? Also my total at check out was $115.00 but in my bank statement a company called real pay WWE.goodies.com shanghai shoes up charging me $116.17! I can't get an answer from them telling me who they are honestly I think I've been scamed.
