Did not give me the owner of the vehicle from the license plate that I submitted. That was my sole purpose for subscribing. Your add description is misleading.

We can only gather information as is and as available, and there is no guarantee since we are dealing with publicly available records online. I have issued a refund of $14.98 for the 1-month Unlimited Access Purchase to make up for not getting your report and since you stated that was the only reason you got the subscription. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be placed back into your account. Your account is canceled and deactivated.

I could see the information when I did the initial search on the Web, but when I paid for the report. No information was found. I think your site is a scam. Was really hoping I close some gaps in my family tree.

I searched a VIN # and supposedly a report was generated but when I signed up to pay to get the report, it was not available.
When I put the VIN# in again, no information came up as available so basically the $12.95 I paid was useless and I want a refund.

I did a search before giving payment which showed information was found but as soon I paid and signed up there was no available information for my search. Total waste of money and they don't refund money also.
