I searched a VIN # and supposedly a report was generated but when I signed up to pay to get the report, it was not available.
When I put the VIN# in again, no information came up as available so basically the $12.95 I paid was useless and I want a refund.

I did a search before giving payment which showed information was found but as soon I paid and signed up there was no available information for my search. Total waste of money and they don't refund money also.
I was unable to download the report I paid for. I will not use or recommend the site again
No report generated. They first charge and then figure out if a report exist. I want my money back.

I'm not happy that I have to take time out of my day to cancel a subscription when I only want one record

Also, on the checkout page, it's the customer that must agree to billing terms. These terms clearly state that if the customer chooses to cancel their account within the trial period, the trial fee will be the only amount billed.
