Most people using these site are looking for name of person who owns the car. The site description say it will provide that info. But it would be nice if they said "hey we aren't going to be able to provide this data" before the product is purchased. Otherwise it gave a all the other info related to the vehicle. They also gave me a full refund with out hassle, thank you for that.

I certainly can understand some misinformation or a small amount of inaccuracy but the level to which the lack of complete and correct information your company gives is purely insulting and you hide behind the cover of disclaimers! What's more frustrating is the use of the ploy; tactic of dangling the steak in front of the lion: feeding the customer just enough information then market your Premium Report for more money; a one time fee which yields only a plethora of NOTHINGNESS!

I performed the vehicle search. The information provided after paying for a monthly subscription was nearly the same as the free information - generic. Then, if you wanted specific information, you had to pay ten dollars for the premium search for one record which did not actually reveal anything. I would recommend using other sites. Their people search also seems to lack in detail compared to the free information found on other sites.

I paid for a person search in Canada. They found the person and "compiled" a report. I paid them to see the "report" and got nothing. They do not support Canada searches other than simple phone ones you can get for free online.
