I spent $14.95 to be told no records could be found, when I know for a fact that there are records out there. I've requested a refund but I believe this is a scam and I am doubtful I will see my money back!

I searched a vin, said it had information I needed. So I paid for the report, after logging in I was told we are sorry we could not generate a premium report for this vin.

Info that I received was mixed up with other peoples info. It offered me a full premium search and nothing more came up then the normal search, which was hardly anything. That was a waste of money.
Disappointed for the fees that was charged but did get an email saying I would be refunded.

Looked up a name and clicked on the person that matched who I was looking for. Had to pay to access record. Now the record can't be found because the site it now "limited" to just the United States. What a scam! Even their "comment" page doesn't work right. Says I used invalid characters (just letters like above) and my order number doesn't exist.
Just to double check the site worked, I looked myself up. Invalid information on myself as well. Never married, never used listed email companies, and never lived with listed family members. What a waste!
