If you are searching for a person (death records, cemetery, cell phone trace, birth records etc), don't waste your money. There really is no support, they will email you back... but their answer makes you wonder if they ever read your email. There is no phone number to talk to anyone. You can do your on searching for free.

Failure to respond to request for membership cancellation - This company has not been able to solve my record search problem. And they have given me the run-around in my requests to cancel membership and refund the membership fee. They simply reply with a email signed by a female and the female name changes with each reply. I have specifically requested the refund and the company has failed to address the request. The email messages refer to a CEO as the decision maker with no name or email contact address or phone number.

Fraud
January 9, 2009

Fraud - I paid for a subsciption to the web site "Records Area", however they can not produce what they imply. I searched for information on eight of my family members, related to birth, death, marrige, etc. and they did not have any of the names in their database. I gave them a few of the names and when they could not find them, began giving me a line of bull about how much they were investing to better their system. Each time I asked for a refund, they just fed the same line of bull.
