I have ordered 4 products from them, they are always shipped swiftly. They arrive in 4 to 6 days ALWAYS, provided they are first class items. They are a good place to buy console accessories, including Nintendo DS flash carts, and they have good deals every day. They're not as cheap as the china sellers, but it's worth paying an extra $4 for peace of mind and a working product.
I read one review on their site, stating that the customer had recieved a fake acekard 2i. This is the only negative thing I'd heard, and because they're a US warehouse, it's possible they recieved a shipment of fakes by accident.
If you need a flash cart, this site is my favorite. I also use Console Source, and used to use shoptemp before they stopped selling.
They say they are a Hong Kong based company, but the address is DONGGUAN, GUANGDONG. Very poor English spoken.
Item took 57 days to come, no update on the tracking and no help either from their consumer service.
