Reading Plus

I got put in a mental institution because i lost my mind over this gut wrenching horrendous website. My teacher did a mortal combat fatality for not doing my 5 story's which are the most useless texts ever they make my eyes bleed this app makes me want to kill my self and school shooting when i am on this app i want a shooter to come into my class and I would thank him

OK, so first of all, it doesn't increase my reading comprehension. It doesn't even teach me anything. Second, The vocabulary is trash. Sometimes, there are multiple meaning to words, and it only shows as one meaning. Like, come on, man... and apparently, because i read at an eighth grade level, i am too fast for the actual reading plus. I am reading 20'000 leagues under the sea, and it took me an hour to get past almost five chapters. It takes me TWO HOURS to finish FIVE SEE-READERS! Honestly, this website is a waste of time. ITs stressful for kids, most stuff on this website is incorrect, and more. This website is complete garbage.

Reading plus $#*!ing sucks. It does not help with rating whatsoever. It gives stories that are extremely boring and not educational, it's system of "helping" is also complete bull$#*!. It has I-rates and G-rates that don't help you at all. You should be able to read at your own pace. Reading plus lacks in quality, and is NOT a good way to help students improve their reading skills. If I could give 0 stars I would, do not use reading plus. Reading plus will $#*! you over.

Reading plus is a terrible place to learn. It has made me and my fellow class mates hate reading and want to kill ourselves. The see reader books are dull and boring and the questions are either laughably easy or super hard,
Same case with the vocab task either too easy or too hard and is just meaningless the final one is good because it is the only one that makes sense.
I have no idea how schools think that this is acceptable.

How is this going to help me in the future. It isn't helping my reading skills, some of the stories are all the same with just different titles. To much stress from Reading Plus and Regular homework. The site doesn't even work half the time. Overall... wasting my brain cells and overall mental health just to pass a class.

It is so boring! It does not help reading or vocabulary what so ever! It's a waist of time and money! I hate it! So my class does thi every day except for like 3 day weeks or so what but, from when we started to the middle of the year our scores went down, proving my point that this dumb website doesn't help.

Reading plus is the biggest waste of time to exist. As a student who goes to a school that requires using reading plus, its just not worth it. For the see readers, you get 3 questions wrong and you score decreases dramatically. You need 80 percent to pass the see reader, anything lower and it doesn't count as a completed task. In all honesty, you would learn more from reading physical copies of books or reading something of your choice online. You get the whole week to complete all the tasks and it's supposed to help, but in reality it just more workload for students or others. Absolutely WOULD NOT recommend for anyone, it's a real pain in the $#*!, from experience. Would give no star rating.

Ok, as much as i like reading sometimes, i read fast. But. Reading plus apparently hates fast readers, as the title says. Im a minor in grade 7, almost grade 8, and it won't let me read fast whatsoever. It took me days just to get by the first test on this thing, and it was fine, but now its just rude. Like, make it so that if someone reads fast, then accept it.

I thought that utilizing Reading Plus would enable my kids to read more quickly and with greater enjoyment because I am a school administrator. The outcomes, however, were disastrous. Many students became anxious and would start crying in English class because they didn't have enough time to finish all of their lessons and because Reading Plus didn't function well because their lessons reset frequently and they had to redo them. I therefore stopped assigning Reading Plus to my students and had them read their own books Because of its filthy content and extreme insensitivity, I never want to see a kid anywhere near that website again. By assigning them this garbage, I almost destroyed their lives.

This is the worst so called "educational" site ever! The lessons do not help with reading skills and comprehensions at all. I have no clue why schools in my area are making students go do work on this god awful platform.

Reading plus is an ugly, boring website that is supposed to encourage children to read. However, the stories are so dreadfully bland and uninteresting that I would be surprised if any child was encouraged to read by this horrible, dreary website.

The american school and education system is bad enough, why should reading plus exist to make it even worse? This is damaging to mental health, and is a horrible product, Take down this website, YOU are the reasons students have low mental health. Instead of making an app that makes students go insane, instead, you should really create a program to actually help students and not to embarrass students. Shame on all of you that work at this horrible hell you call a "company"

It's not all that bad but it would be a lot more fun if there was more choices for books. Not everyone likes the science and historical. Me personally, I like poetry and romance and maybe a little bit of drama. This website has NONE of that. I'm in middle school and I would like to enjoy reading even when I'm being forced to do it. Overall more selection would be nice and possibly a couple more re-reads would help.
(If someone doesn't have a book they are interested in it can be hard for them to grasp the book causing them to not do as great on the tests)

My website front page has been set to the firey gates of hell. The shipping is outstandly bad. This is what schools spend their budgert on? Never cook again. You have disgraced mankind with this service. My resolve has been broken again and again. Your "guided reader" must be deleted because it hurts my eye.
