Is reading plus for money because the teacher is making my child pay for an app with out my permission for home work. Can I kill the teacher?

While you cannot *kill* the teacher, you, and definitely your child, shouldn't be paying for a service that your school chose. You can most probably take some form of legal action against the teacher and/or school.
