I had an extremely disappointing experience with Gurvinder, a consultant at Rayna Tourism. Despite repeatedly following up on the status of my visa, I was informed after much delay that my visa had been rejected. However, when I requested the official rejection email from the UAE authorities, Gurvinder failed to provide any authentic proof. Neither the original rejection email nor any fee confirmation was shared with me.

To make matters worse, the only document he sent me showed an incorrect travel date of October 28th, when my actual travel date was November 3rd. He wasted two weeks of my time, leaving me frustrated and without answers. I strongly advise being cautious when dealing with such visa consultants, as their professionalism and transparency were sorely lacking.

I applied for a visa for my husband online and really this company is just about getting your payment information and nothing else. They say my husbands visa was denied but gave no reason however when we checked with the Dubai Embassy, and the Gov of Dubai they have no record of the application /ref id that was giving to us. We booked a flight, and hotel for our first trip to Dubai to celebrate our 10th year anniversary and it has been a nightmare every since. Please do no go with these sites online for visa we have been scammed twice already.

Never book the package from this company as they don't cooperate with you even if the flight got delayed and it not your mistake. Their drivers and they themselves dont know how to talk to their guests. And make you feel like beggers and they don't understand that if people can spend money to go to dubai they don't care about money. So this company is a garbage company to ever deal with. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

We booked our Dubai tour with them, the tour guides and drivers were great, When we returned back home, saw 3 transactions on our credit card bill which we were not aware and had not authorized, Upon contacting the agent Siddharth (who had helped us with the booking) he advised contacting our bank as they had never charged it, he confirmed that the 2 transactions we had paid for are the only valid ones. He totally ignored my question that if you did not charge how it will show on my credit card bill. I filed a dispute with my bank, in response Rayna tours sent receipts of some other person to my bank suggesting that the charges are correct (I have copies of these fraudulent receipts which my bank sent me).
I am not sure if they do this fraud to most people especially those visiting from USA or Europe. I tried working with Rayna tours for almost 2 months to get it resolved but the agents stopped responding to my messages after I told them that the bank responded, and you guys have sent them fraudulent receipts. I have screen shots of my WhatsApp chat with the agent which proves these 3 charges are fraudulent, but Rayna tours is not refunding it. I filed a fraud with my bank last week.
I would never advise my family and friends to book through Rayna tours and considering legal action against them as well for the fraud. I also urge those of you who have booked through Rayna tours in the past to check your credit card statements as most of us tend to overlook them.

Had a cab booked with Nashabar from the airport till hotel. It was a very smooth ride and got to know about a lot of things in Dubai.

I recently took a city tour in Abu Dhabi and it was absolutely incredible! From the moment we started the tour, our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the city. We visited all the major landmarks, including the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Ferrari World, and the Heritage Village. The tour provided a great mix of historical and modern attractions.

The highlight of the tour for me was definitely the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. The architecture and design are breathtaking, and our guide provided fascinating insights into its construction and significance. The visit to Ferrari World was also a lot of fun, and I enjoyed the thrilling rides and interactive exhibits.

Overall, the tour was well-organized, and the transportation was comfortable. The guide made sure everyone in the group was taken care of and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend this Abu Dhabi city tour to anyone visiting the UAE. It's a must-do experience!

Applying for a visa has always been stressful for me. But this changed with Rayna Tours. I had such a stress-free time while applying for a Dubai visa through this website that I was so surprised. There was no filling of an array of forms and submitting hordes of documents. All I had to do was fill a short form with all my details and submit a few documents like passport, return flight tickets, financial details, etc. Once I had submitted these and the visa fee, I received my Dubai e-visa via email within a few days. Thank you Rayna Tours for all your help.

After making full payment for four people visa horrible experience. Pay extra for agent for service to make our work simple and easier but my experience here was paying extra to get extra trouble and work for my self.
It doesn't even deserve to be 1 Star, I will rate it as zero star for its visa service at India office, false commitments, absolutely not reachable and irresponsible staff. No processes and protocol, no manners and not at all professional behavior. Staff comes and goes and no one takes the responsibility it and back up and follow for customer's request. Horrible, just Horibbbllllll

We booked shared transfer for our trip trio dubai package and burj khalifa but when we reached there they denied to pick up us totally wasted our money with rayna tour and they ruined our trip.

Visa services at this company are shocking. I paid 1200 AED for a Visa extension and asked countless times for a copy of this visa, eventually I got a screen shot of the GDRFA website but no visa. When I left Dubai i was fined 3,000 AED for an overstay so either what they are doing is useless or they are taking money from clients know their services don't work ( Incompetent). Subsequently they replied to my concerns, trying to find excuses as to why my visa didn't work and confirming I should have had jurisdiction to stay in Dubai until 16th July 2022. They are scammers.

Touring with Dubai Rayna tours was a wonderful vacation. Right from landing at the airport to experiencing sightseeing along with leisurely, and adventurous activities, everything went as planned and scheduled. The treatment and attention received from Rayna tours made us felt like being served by a long-time associate.

The 2-hour limo ride from Rayna Tours was fantastic. It made us feel like a royal. Wherever we went with the limo, people looked at us with great respect, which we loved it most. The driver of the limo allowed us ample time at each tourist attractions to take in the view and click some photographs. The tour ended at a good note, and we received total value for our money.

Yacht SCAM

On 20 April 2022, I wanted to make my wife a surprise and I booked a luxury yacht with birthday decoration from Rayna Tour.
Rayna Tour send me a pictures of a luxury yacht that they promised to decorate for my wife birthday. It was supposed to be a beautiful surprise, as my wife was turning 40.
I paid upfront for a luxury yacht a lot of money, but I got a very old and worn off yacht that was thilty, not decorated and very different from the one in the pictures that I paid for.
Rayna Tour yacht renting is a SCAM, because no one from Rayna Tour cared to solve the problem and return my money.

Enjoyed every bit of my Dubai itinerary. Thanks to Rayna Tours. A well efficient team who planned our 3-day trip covering most of the top attractions of the place. One to be cherished for life... will come back again for a different destination.

My Dubai holidays with Rayna Tours proved to be one of my best family outings. They take care of everything, be it the itinerary to driving you to your planned attraction in the most convenient and hassle-free manner. These guys value time and are patient enough to adapt. Great job!
